Excellent place to stay, quite a bit of homeless in

Excellent place to stay, quite a bit of homeless in the evening, lots to do within walking distance (food, shopping, beaches) seemed safe overall. The place has security 24/7. Slightly outdated but even then still a great place. Each floor has a laundry room that I shared (must download app to use and pay) however VERY clean. Host was extremely attentive and responded very quickly to any and all questions/concerns. Parking garage has height limitations so if you own/rent a lifted vehicle you cannot park there. But that seemed pretty standard for all the parking garages we used during our stay.
