● On-site garage parking is available for $35 per day (price subject to change). Please note that the maximum vehicle height is 6 ft. Large SUVs or lifted vehicles are not recommended. The garage is best suited for compact cars and mid-size SUVs.

Transit
There is a very good bus system on the island, all buses stop in Waikiki.
Parking in the building is available for $35 per day (rates are subject to change), payable directly at the parking machine at the entrance of the parking garage after you drive up the ramp. Please have always your ticket visible in the car as your car might get towed if not.

You will be staying in a privately-owned property that has neighbors. Please ensure that you act in a neighborly and courteous manner toward your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. Please treat the property, its furniture, fittings, utensils, and other facilities with all due care and respect. Please treat the property and the neighbors with the respect you would want others to treat yours. We, and our owners, work hard to make sure everyone has a GREAT vacation, and managing a fleet of “mini-hotels” is MUCH harder than you would think. If you can be kind to our vacation rental, it makes our lives SO much easier. Furnishings. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings over normal wear, will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway Realty before check-out so that a replacement can be made. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television. No pets, no smoking (even on the balcony/lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay. Only people listed on the Airbnb listing are allowed in the unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation there is a $100 per person extra charge. No parties or events are allowed in the unit or at the pool/BBQ area. The minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use building amenities. Pool area. The Association does not assume any responsibility for persons using any facilities on the recreation deck. Use of any of the facilities of the hotel shall be at the occupant’s and guest’s sole risk. Parents and/or their guardians must adequately and safely supervise their children whenever their children are present in the recreation area. Nice views in a good location
A good sized room with great extras e.g. beach chairs and umbrella. The bathroom has excellent shower water pressure with plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable, although pillows not too good. We liked the efficient air con, especially in the afternoon when the sun was streaming into the room.
There are great sea views from the Unit and the location is reasonably central with numerous restaurants nearby.
The Manager deserves credit as we had a couple of minor maintenance issues which were very quickly resolved; we were most impressed.
The pool has no umbrellas and was very under utilised as a result. Also, there is no toilet around the pool area.
The Unit kitchen did not have an oven or dishwasher and the fridge lacked an icebox to enable us to refreeze our ice pads. On the wall behind the couch there is a protruding low hanging artwork which presents a health and safety risk. A couple of times we both banged our heads on the artwork, which really hurt. It should be replaced or moved much higher on the wall.
