Space

Morning light pours through wide windows as mountain and city skyline views stretch beyond your private lanai. From the 29th floor, the rhythm of Waikiki drifts up softly while you sip coffee in the warm island air. Evenings bring shifting colors across the skyline, offering a calm perch just a block from the shoreline.


Living space

The condo is arranged for comfort and ease, with an open living area that transitions naturally to the lanai. A window AC unit keeps things cool, while fast wifi – 212 Mbps, verified by speed test – supports streaming, video calls, or multiple devices. An HDTV and Ethernet connection provide additional flexibility whether you’re unwinding or working remotely.


Sleeping arrangements

The sleeping area is separated from the living space by a sliding panel door, creating a defined yet airy layout. A queen bed anchors the bedroom space, and a sleeper sofa in the living area allows the condo to host up to four guests. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and dedicated clothing storage help make nights restful and mornings easy.


Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers space to prepare meals at your own pace, whether starting the day before heading out or settling in for a relaxed evening. A dining table provides a comfortable place to gather, while coffee and cooking essentials support longer stays.


Bathroom & essentials

The bathroom includes bathroom essentials, hot water, and a bathtub for added comfort. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided so you can settle in with ease.


Outdoor & building amenities

Step outside to your private patio or balcony and take in the surrounding views. Within the building, you’ll find shared amenities including an outdoor pool, shared hot tub, shared sauna, and a shared BBQ grill. Free parking garage on premises and an EV charger – level 2 add convenience, while an elevator and single-level layout ensure easy access. Beach essentials are available for your time by the shore.

✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.


Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:


• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court


Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.


PLEASE NOTE – FOR STAYS BEFORE MAY 18, 2026:


The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 18, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.




Please Note:

• This unit is privately managed and not affiliated with the hotel. Room service and daily housekeeping are not provided.

• A welcome starter kit with coffee, toiletries, and essentials is provided to help you settle in comfortably upon arrival; please note this kit is complimentary and not replenished during your stay.

• Free parking is included (maximum vehicle height: 6 ft). Large SUVs or lifted vehicles are not recommended. The garage is best suited for compact cars and mid-size SUVs.

• A parking pass will be available after check-in. Detailed instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please remember to return both the parking pass and keys at check-out to avoid additional fees.

• Be sure to review the Amenities section to confirm that everything you need is included.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances.

This means you can effortlessly explore Oahu’s stunning landscapes, from the lush North Shore to the historic sites near Pearl Harbor, and still return to your own parking space at day’s end. House Rules

Additional: Please note, that this condo accommodates a maximum of 4 persons (inclusive children), we cannot allow more people in this property.

House Rules:

Neighborly Conduct. You will be staying in a privately owned property that has neighbors. Please ensure that you act in a neighborly and courteous manner towards your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. Violation of this rule may result in a fine Please treat the property, its furniture, fittings, utensils, and other facilities with all due care and respect. Please treat the property and the neighbors with the respect you would want others to treat yours.

No pets, no smoking (even on the balcony/lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay.

Only people listed on Airbnb listing are allowed in the unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation there is a $100 per person extra charge. No parties or events are allowed in the unit or at the pool/BBQ area. The minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use building amenities.

Furnishings. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings over normal wear, will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway before check-out so that a replacement can be made. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television.

Recreation Deck. The recreation deck, except for the swimming pool, is open at all times, on condition that no noise or activity on the recreation deck disturbs any resident. The Association does not assume any responsibility for persons using any facilities on the recreation deck. Use of any of the facilities on the recreation deck shall be at the occupant’s and guest’s sole risk. While there are no specific age restrictions upon children’s use of the various facilities on the recreation deck, parents and/or their guardians must adequately and safely supervise their children whenever their children are present on the recreation deck. Smoking is not permitted on any part of the recreation deck that is not a Board Designated smoking area.

Barbecues. Subject to availability, occupants may cook on the recreation deck from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm using the installed cooking facilities. Reservations are not necessary but may be made with Security if desired.

Containers. No containers of glass or other breakable material are allowed on the recreation deck.

Swimming Pool.
A. The pool and the surrounding areas are for the exclusive use of occupants and guests. Hours of operation are between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
B. There is no lifeguard on duty. Occupants and guests use the pool at their own risk.
C. Hairpins and similar items must be removed before entering the pool.
D. Glass or other breakable containers must not be brought into the pool area.
E. No large flotation devices, such as air mattresses or inner tubes, may be brought into the pool. U. S. Coast Guard-approved or otherwise attachable small personal flotation devices only may be used.
F. “Horseplay,” running, screaming, throwing, or tossing any objects, or other loud or boisterous behavior is not permitted in the pool area.
G. Swimmers must wear proper swimming attire.
H. Diving or jumping into the pool is not permitted.
I. No one in a dripping wet bathing suit shall enter the elevators or other common areas of the
building from the pool.
J. Board of Health regulations, particularly Section 61, Personal Regulations (excerpted below), will be strictly observed:
1. “All persons known to be or suspected of being afflicted with infectious disease,
suffering from a cough, cold or wearing Band‐Aids or bandages shall be excluded from bathing in the swimming pool.”
2. “Spitting, spouting of water, blowing the nose in the swimming pool are strictly
prohibited.”
K. Special toddler diapers shall be used to prevent contamination of the pool.
7.9. SPA. All of the rules outlined in Section 8 above (Swimming Pool) shall also apply to the use of the spa, except that no flotation devices of any kind shall be permitted in the spa.
No person may use the spa without proper supervision if the use of the spa would pose a risk to the person’s health, safety, and/or welfare without such supervision.
Occupants and guests are expected to utilize reasonable judgment in deciding whether the use of the spa is suitable for themselves and/or those under their supervision. Elderly persons, pregnant women, infants, persons on medication, and those with health conditions requiring medical care including diabetes, heart disease, and high or low blood pressure should consult with a physician before using the spa to understand thoroughly any risks involved.
Caution should be taken to keep hair and body parts away from drain outlets and other mechanical equipment in the spa.
7.10. SAUNAS. The saunas are dry heat facilities. Hours of operation are between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. A key is required for access to the saunas and showers. Washrooms, restrooms, saunas, and showers will be secured between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. No liquid of any sort is permitted inside the saunas.

Please don’t forget to switch off the air conditioning BEFORE YOU LEAVE the unit for a few hours and at departure.

Any violation of the house rules can be fined by the Building Management and will be transferred to the guest.

INDEMNITY. GUEST SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (“RELEASED PARTIES”), FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, SUITS, DAMAGES, COSTS, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ALL ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND LEGAL EXPENSES, INCURRED BY ANY OR ALL OF THEM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR RENTAL, OR USE OF ANY AMENITIES, COMMON AREAS, POOLS, HOT TUBS, SPAS, SAUNAS, BALCONIES, CONTENTS, BODY BOARDS, BEACH CHAIRS, SNORKELS, OR ANY OTHER ACCESSORIES.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGE, THEFT, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR RENTAL. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OVER THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF MANAGER, THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Included parking was very convenient, and compared to the high cost at other properties, was the reason we chose this property. Kitchen was perfect for simple meals and coffee which helped with the high cost of food on the island. Great to be away from the major resorts yet close enough in walking distance to the restaurants, beach and other major attractions. Also close to diamond head so an adventurous person could walk there if so desired.

One negative mentioned in another review was the fire alarm. After talking with others in the building, it’s a regular occurrence so be aware and be ready to descend a lot of stairs! Although the return to the building was mostly efficient.

Overall, should I need to stay in Waikiki again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here!
