Space

Morning light spills through wide windows as Diamond Head rises in the distance and the Pacific glimmers between neighboring buildings. From this elevated perch above Waikiki, the rhythm of the city softens, inviting slow coffee moments, open skies, and breezy lanai breaks. Step outside and feel the trade winds move through as you take in the skyline stretching toward the ocean.


Living space

Inside, the condo opens into a bright, open-concept layout designed for unwinding after a day by the water or exploring the neighborhood. Large windows frame mountain, ocean, and city views while filling the space with natural light. An L-shaped sectional anchors the living area, paired with an 85″ HDTV for relaxed evenings in. Window AC and a ceiling fan help keep the space comfortable, while fast wifi and an Ethernet connection support streaming, work, or staying connected.


Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is set up for easy, everyday cooking, with full-size appliances and a layout that keeps everything within reach. Whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or a sit-down dinner, the dining table for four creates a comfortable place to gather and enjoy meals together.


Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door, offering privacy without closing off the light. Two queen-size beds accommodate up to four guests, positioned near large windows that continue the views. A 55-inch HDTV, closet, dresser, and room-darkening shades make it easy to settle in at the end of the day.


Bathroom

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, bidet, and bathroom essentials, providing a clean and functional space for both quick starts and slower evenings.


Outdoor living

The private lanai offers outdoor seating and a front-row view of Waikiki’s skyline. It’s a natural extension of the living space – an easy spot for morning coffee, quiet breaks, or watching the city shift from day to night.


Building amenities & access

The Waikiki Banyan includes elevator access, a free parking garage on premises, and shared amenities such as BBQ area, and an outdoor playground. An EV charger – level 2 is also available on-site. Laundry facilities with paid washer and dryer are located in the building. Exterior security cameras are present in common areas including hallways, elevators, and the parking garage.

Notes

✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.


Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:


• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court


Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.


PLEASE NOTE – FOR STAYS BEFORE MAY 18, 2026:

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 18, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.



Please Note:

• This unit is privately managed and not affiliated with the hotel. Room service and daily housekeeping are not provided.

• A welcome starter kit with coffee, toiletries, and essentials is provided to help you settle in comfortably upon arrival; please note this kit is complimentary and not replenished during your stay.

• Free parking is included (maximum vehicle height: 6 ft). Large SUVs or lifted vehicles are not recommended. The garage is best suited for compact cars and mid-size SUVs.

• A parking pass will be available after check-in. Detailed instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please remember to return both the parking pass and keys at check-out to avoid additional fees.

• Be sure to review the Amenities section to confirm that everything you need is included.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances.

Getting around Waikiki is a breeze, whether you want to explore on foot or set out on a scenic drive. The neighborhood itself is famously walkable—restaurants, shops, and the beach are just steps away, making it easy to soak up the local atmosphere. If you’re looking to venture beyond Waikiki’s bustling streets, you can hop on TheBus (Oahu’s public transportation), rent a bike, or request a ride-share service for hassle-free trips around town.


Best of all, our listing comes with dedicated parking—an invaluable perk in this area—so if you’re planning to rent a car or bring your own, you’ll have a secure, convenient spot waiting for you. This means you can effortlessly explore Oahu’s stunning landscapes, from the lush North Shore to the historic sites near Pearl Harbor, and still return to your own parking space at day’s end. With so many transportation options at your fingertips, you’ll find it easy to explore all that Waikiki and the rest of the island have to offer.

PARKING:
PLEASE READ THIS ATTENTIVELY. Please check if the parking pass is in the unit as soon as you arrive at the property. If the parking is missing, please contact us immediately on your check-in day by phone or email to report the missing parking pass. We charge a fee of $180 for the lost parking pass (price can be subject to change).

You will need to pick up the parking pass that is in the condo before you can park in the parking garage. To do this, you can park in the taxi parking area as long as someone stays with the car.
You can also park in 15-minute parking located inside the garage. You will need to tell the attendant that you are a guest of Midway Vacations and that your parking pass is in the condo.
WARNING: Large cargo vans and SUVs do NOT fit in the parking garage because of the low ceiling.

Neighborly Conduct. You will be staying in a privately owned property that has neighbors. Please ensure that you act in a neighborly and courteous manner toward your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. Violation of this rule may result in a fine Please treat the property, its furniture, fittings, utensils, and other facilities with all due care and respect. Please treat the property and the neighbors with the respect you would want others to treat yours.

No pets, no smoking (even on the balcony/lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay.

Only people listed on the Airbnb listing are allowed in the unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation there is a $100 per person extra charge. No parties or events are allowed in the unit or at the pool/BBQ area. The minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use building amenities.

Furnishings. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings over normal wear, will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway before check-out to make a replacement. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television.

Recreation Deck. The recreation deck, except for the swimming pool, is open at all times, on condition that no noise or activity on the recreation deck disturbs any resident. The Association does not assume any responsibility for persons using any facilities on the recreation deck. Use of any of the facilities on the recreation deck shall be at the occupant’s and guest’s sole risk. While there are no specific age restrictions upon children’s use of the various facilities on the recreation deck, parents and/or their guardians must adequately and safely supervise their children whenever their children are present on the recreation deck. Smoking is not permitted on any part of the recreation deck that is not a Board Designated smoking area.

Barbecues. Subject to availability, occupants may cook on the recreation deck from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm using the installed cooking facilities. Reservations are not necessary but may be made with Security if desired.

Containers. No containers of glass or other breakable material are allowed on the recreation deck.

Swimming Pool.
A. The pool and the surrounding areas are for the exclusive use of occupants and guests. Hours of operation are between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
B. There is no lifeguard on duty. Occupants and guests use the pool at their own risk.
C. Hairpins and similar items must be removed before entering the pool.
D. Glass or other breakable containers must not be brought into the pool area.
E. No large flotation devices, such as air mattresses or inner tubes, may be brought into the pool. U. S. Coast Guard-approved or otherwise, attachable small personal flotation devices only may be used.
F. “Horseplay,” running, screaming, throwing, or tossing any objects, or other loud or boisterous behavior is not permitted in the pool area.
G. Swimmers must wear proper swimming attire.
H. Diving or jumping into the pool is not permitted.
I. No one in a dripping wet bathing suit shall enter the elevators or other common areas of the
building from the pool.
J. Board of Health regulations, particularly Section 61, Personal Regulations (excerpted below), will be strictly observed:
1. “All persons known to be or suspected of being afflicted with infectious disease,
suffering from a cough, cold or wearing Band‐Aids or bandages shall be excluded from bathing in the swimming pool.”
2. “Spitting, spouting of water, blowing the nose in the swimming pool is strictly
prohibited.”
K. Special toddler diapers shall be used to prevent contamination of the pool.
7.9. SPA. All of the rules outlined in Section 8 above (Swimming Pool) shall also apply to the use of the spa, except that no flotation devices of any kind shall be permitted in the spa.
No person may use the spa without proper supervision if the use of the spa would pose a risk to the person’s health, safety, and/or welfare without such supervision.
Occupants and guests are expected to utilize reasonable judgment in deciding whether the use of the spa is suitable for themselves and/or those under their supervision. Elderly persons, pregnant women, infants, persons on medication, and those with health conditions requiring medical care including diabetes, heart disease, and high or low blood pressure should consult with a physician before using the spa to understand thoroughly any risks involved.
Caution should be taken to keep hair and body parts away from drain outlets and other mechanical equipment in the spa.
7.10. SAUNAS. The saunas are dry heat facilities. Hours of operation are between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. A key is required for access to the saunas and showers. Washrooms, restrooms, saunas, and showers will be secured between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. No liquid of any sort is permitted inside the saunas.

Please don’t forget to switch off the air conditioning BEFORE YOU LEAVE the unit for a few hours and at departure.

Any violation of the house rules can be fined by the Building Management and will be transferred to the guest.

INDEMNITY. GUEST SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (“RELEASED PARTIES”), FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, SUITS, DAMAGES, COSTS, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ALL ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND LEGAL EXPENSES, INCURRED BY ANY OR ALL OF THEM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR RENTAL, OR USE OF ANY AMENITIES, COMMON AREAS, POOLS, HOT TUBS, SPAS, SAUNAS, BALCONIES, CONTENTS, BODY BOARDS, BEACH CHAIRS, SNORKELS, OR ANY OTHER ACCESSORIES.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGE, THEFT, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR RENTAL. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OVER THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF THE MANAGER, THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

As a returning Midway Vacation guest, this stay was just as enjoyable as the last. The home was perfect for my stay with my family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed throughout our stay. We did have an issue with the wifi but they were very attentive with resolving the issue and kept timely communication with me. The beds were comfy and the place was nice and tidy. I loved sitting outside on the balcony in the evenings. I would recommend Midway Vacations they’re very professional in ensuring you have an enjoyable stay.
