🚶 Walk or Bike: Many of Kihei’s best beaches, shops, and restaurants are within walking or biking distance. Rent a bike or take a leisurely stroll along the coastal pathways.
🚗 Rental Car: For ultimate flexibility, renting a car is the best way to explore Kihei and the rest of Maui. Parking is generally easy to find, and a car allows you to take scenic drives to places like Lahaina, the Road to Hana, or Haleakalā.
🛵 Scooter Rentals: For a fun and convenient way to cruise around town, consider renting a scooter – perfect for short trips and beach hopping.
🚕 Rideshares & Taxis: Uber, Lyft, and local taxi services are readily available in Kihei, making it easy to get around without a car.

Neighborly Conduct: You will be staying in a privately owned property that has neighbors. Please ensure that you act in a neighborly and courteous manner towards your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. Please treat the property, its furniture, fittings, utensils and other facilities with all due care and respect. Please treat the property and the neighbors with the respect you would want others to treat yours.
No pets, no smoking (even on balcony / lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay.

Smoking is prohibited at the KAK property complex, including in or on all common elements, apartments, and patios, and lanais; provided, that there shall be at least two (2) smoking areas on the common elements that do not unreasonably interfere with the use and enjoyment of the apartments, as designated by the Board of Directors
2. The marked smoking areas are located in the rear of the upper parking lot and in the back of the lower parking lot beside the back gate.
3. Smoking means inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted or heated tobacco product or plant product, including but not limited to marijuana and medical marijuana, intended for inhalation in any manner or in any form, including the use of an electronic smoking device.
4. Electronic smoking device means any electronic product that can be used to aerosolize and deliver nicotine or other substances to the person inhaling from the device, including but not limited to an electronic cigarette, electronic cigar, hookah pipe, or hookah pen, or any cartridge or other component of the device or related product, whether or not sold

No parties or events allowed in the unit or at the pool area. Minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup. Furnishings: Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway before check-out so that a replacement can be made. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television. Please read all amenities carefully. Also house rules included in the unit. Please note the building has very good security cameras and any rule violations are caught by the building manager very easily if not in person but by camera. Any fee charged you are responsible for.
Pool area. The Association does not assume any responsibility for persons using any facilities on the recreation deck. Use of any of the facilities of the hotel shall be at the occupant’s and guest’s sole risk. Parents and/or their guardians must adequately and safely supervise their children whenever their children are present on the recreation area. Please don’t forget to switch off the air conditioning BEFORE YOU LEAVE the unit for a few hours and at departure. Any violation of the house rules can be fined by the Building Management and will be transferred to the guest.
INDEMNITY. We had a delightful 7 day vacation in our space.
We had a delightful 7 day vacation in our space. Place was clean and organized with a detailed manual for all the info you needed for both inside the condo and what to do and where to go in our surrounding neighborhood. The beach was a sprint away and then paradise. Good shopping and eating super close. Sad to have to return home. Staff was so responsive. Pool and Jacuzzi outside the apartment and never noisy. Great space highly recommended!
