Neighborly Conduct: You will be staying in a privately owned property that has neighbors. Please ensure that you act in a neighborly and courteous manner towards your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. Please treat the property, its furniture, fittings, utensils and other facilities with all due care and respect. Please treat the property and the neighbors with the respect you would want others to treat yours.
No pets, no smoking (even on balcony / lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay, $500 for unauthorized pets (service animals excluded).
Only people listed on AirBnB listing allowed in unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation there is a $100 per person extra charge. No parties or events allowed in the unit or at the pool area. Minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use building amenities.
Furnishings: Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway before check-out so that a replacement can be made. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television.
Please read all amenities carefully. Also house rules included in the unit. Please note the building has very good security cameras and any rule violations are caught by the building manager very easily if not in person but by camera. Any fee charged you are responsible for.
Please don’t forget to switch off the air conditioning BEFORE YOU LEAVE the unit for a few hours and at departure.
Any violation of the house rules can be fined by the Building Management and will be transferred to the guest.

Upon arrival, the condo completely matched the descriptions and pictures we saw online – including the excellent air conditioning! (Which was a huge priority for our stay). Also its proximity to Mama’s Fish House was super ideal.
It’s a beautiful and well-maintained condo with all the amenities we could have asked for. Easy entry and close out procedures. Highly recommend if you and you’re family are looking for a place to stay in upcountry Maui! Thank you!
