Space
Step onto the lanai on the 19th floor and let the view settle over you – ocean stretching out to the horizon, the Honolulu skyline glittering to one side, and the warm island air moving through the space. This is Waikiki from above: familiar, energizing, and surprisingly peaceful once you’re up here with a coffee in hand and nowhere to be.
Living space
Inside, the living area is arranged for comfort and ease. Two recliner sofas face a flat-screen TV, and sliding doors connect directly to the lanai, keeping the indoor and outdoor spaces in easy conversation. A dining table seats four, and the window AC unit keeps everything cool when you want to retreat from the midday heat. Fast WiFi runs at 211 Mbps – enough to stream, video call, or work without interruption.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is separated by a sliding door, giving you a private, quiet retreat from the rest of the unit. A king bed anchors the room, with its own flat-screen TV, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage through a closet and dresser. Extra pillows, blankets, and cotton bed linens are all provided.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is genuinely well stocked. A Kenmore refrigerator, stainless steel electric stove, oven, microwave, and a full set of cookware and dishes mean you can prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full meal. A rice maker, blender, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, wine glasses, and baking sheet are all on hand. Coffee is provided to get you started. The dining table is steps away, making it easy to eat in and slow the pace of the day.
Bathroom
The bathroom includes a tub and shower combination, a bidet, and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Fresh towels and linens are included, and cleaning products are on hand throughout your stay.
Outdoor living
The private lanai is one of the unit’s defining features. Furnished with outdoor seating and sun loungers, it works equally well as a morning perch with coffee or a quiet spot to watch the city lights come on in the evening. The ocean and city views are on full display from up here.
Building amenities & parking
The building has an elevator, an EV charger (Level 2, 220V), and laundry rooms with paid washers and dryers on every floor. Free parking for one vehicle is available in the on-site garage. Beach essentials – including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear – are provided so you can head to the water without hauling gear.
Location
Waikiki puts everything within reach on foot. The beach is a short walk away, as are Kapiʻolani Park, the Honolulu Zoo, and a wide range of shops and restaurants. Shared beach access is available nearby. The neighborhood has an energy that’s easy to fall into – and just as easy to step away from when you’re ready to come back up and unwind.

PARKING:
PLEASE READ THIS ATTENTIVELY. Please check if the parking pass is in the unit as soon as you arrive at the property. If the parking is missing, please contact us immediately on your check-in day by phone or email to report the missing parking pass. We charge a fee of $180 for the lost parking pass (price can be subject to change).
You will need to pick up the parking pass that is in the condo before you can park in the parking garage. To do this, you can park in the taxi parking area as long as someone stays with the car.
You can also park in 15-minute parking located inside the garage. You will need to tell the attendant that you are a guest of Midway Vacations and that your parking pass is in the condo.
WARNING: Large cargo vans and SUVs do NOT fit in the parking garage because of the low ceiling.
Neighborly Conduct. You will be staying in a privately owned property that has neighbors. Please ensure that you act in a neighborly and courteous manner toward your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. Violation of this rule may result in a fine Please treat the property, its furniture, fittings, utensils, and other facilities with all due care and respect. Please treat the property and the neighbors with the respect you would want others to treat yours.
No pets, no smoking (even on the balcony/lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay.
Only people listed on the Airbnb listing are allowed in the unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation there is a $100 per person extra charge. No parties or events are allowed in the unit or at the pool/BBQ area. The minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use building amenities.
Furnishings. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings over normal wear, will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway before check-out to make a replacement. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television.
Recreation Deck. The recreation deck, except for the swimming pool, is open at all times, on condition that no noise or activity on the recreation deck disturbs any resident. The Association does not assume any responsibility for persons using any facilities on the recreation deck. Use of any of the facilities on the recreation deck shall be at the occupant’s and guest’s sole risk. While there are no specific age restrictions upon children’s use of the various facilities on the recreation deck, parents and/or their guardians must adequately and safely supervise their children whenever their children are present on the recreation deck. Smoking is not permitted on any part of the recreation deck that is not a Board Designated smoking area.
Barbecues. Subject to availability, occupants may cook on the recreation deck from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm using the installed cooking facilities. Reservations are not necessary but may be made with Security if desired.
Containers. No containers of glass or other breakable material are allowed on the recreation deck.
Swimming Pool.
A. The pool and the surrounding areas are for the exclusive use of occupants and guests. Hours of operation are between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
B. There is no lifeguard on duty. Occupants and guests use the pool at their own risk.
C. Hairpins and similar items must be removed before entering the pool.
D. Glass or other breakable containers must not be brought into the pool area.
E. No large flotation devices, such as air mattresses or inner tubes, may be brought into the pool. U. S. Coast Guard-approved or otherwise, attachable small personal flotation devices only may be used.
F. “Horseplay,” running, screaming, throwing, or tossing any objects, or other loud or boisterous behavior is not permitted in the pool area.
G. Swimmers must wear proper swimming attire.
H. Diving or jumping into the pool is not permitted.
I. No one in a dripping wet bathing suit shall enter the elevators or other common areas of the
building from the pool.
J. Board of Health regulations, particularly Section 61, Personal Regulations (excerpted below), will be strictly observed:
1. “All persons known to be or suspected of being afflicted with infectious disease,
suffering from a cough, cold or wearing Band‐Aids or bandages shall be excluded from bathing in the swimming pool.”
2. “Spitting, spouting of water, blowing the nose in the swimming pool is strictly
prohibited.”
K. Special toddler diapers shall be used to prevent contamination of the pool.
7.9. SPA. All of the rules outlined in Section 8 above (Swimming Pool) shall also apply to the use of the spa, except that no flotation devices of any kind shall be permitted in the spa.
No person may use the spa without proper supervision if the use of the spa would pose a risk to the person’s health, safety, and/or welfare without such supervision.
Occupants and guests are expected to utilize reasonable judgment in deciding whether the use of the spa is suitable for themselves and/or those under their supervision. Elderly persons, pregnant women, infants, persons on medication, and those with health conditions requiring medical care including diabetes, heart disease, and high or low blood pressure should consult with a physician before using the spa to understand thoroughly any risks involved.
Caution should be taken to keep hair and body parts away from drain outlets and other mechanical equipment in the spa.
7.10. SAUNAS. The saunas are dry heat facilities. Hours of operation are between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. A key is required for access to the saunas and showers. Washrooms, restrooms, saunas, and showers will be secured between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. No liquid of any sort is permitted inside the saunas.
Please don’t forget to switch off the air conditioning BEFORE YOU LEAVE the unit for a few hours and at departure.
Any violation of the house rules can be fined by the Building Management and will be transferred to the guest.
INDEMNITY. GUEST SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (“RELEASED PARTIES”), FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, SUITS, DAMAGES, COSTS, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ALL ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND LEGAL EXPENSES, INCURRED BY ANY OR ALL OF THEM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR RENTAL, OR USE OF ANY AMENITIES, COMMON AREAS, POOLS, HOT TUBS, SPAS, SAUNAS, BALCONIES, CONTENTS, BODY BOARDS, BEACH CHAIRS, SNORKELS, OR ANY OTHER ACCESSORIES.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGE, THEFT, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR RENTAL. 소파베드가 삐걱거리고, 접히는 부분이 좀 꺼져서 잘 때 불편했는데 소파 겸용이라 이 부분도 감안했습니다.
하지만 장점이 더 많았어요. 인테리어는 사진과 같았으며
소파베드 설치 문제 등으로 연락드렸을 때도 신속히 응답해주시고, 해결해주셨어요. 벌레 이슈 없었고, 전반적으로 청소 상태 좋았고, 특히 주방에 필요한 것들이 완벽히 구비되어 있어 편리했습니다.
오일, 후추, 소금, 키친타올, 각종 식기류, 조리툴 등 완벽했고, 냉동실에 얼음도 미리 많이 얼려두셔서 도착하자마자 유용했어요. 도보로 돌아다니기 좋았고, 공항 왕복하는 W라인 버스 등 각종 버스 정류장이 바로 앞이라 공항 가거나 다이아몬드헤드 등 갈 때도 편리했어요. 건물에 일부 가려지긴 했지만 창밖 풍경이 예뻤고요. 쓰레기 분리수거장과 세탁실이 바로 옆이라 편하지만 시끄러울까 봐 걱정했는데 이용자가 별로 없어서 소음도 거의 못느꼈어요. 쓰레기 분리수거가 잘 되고, 바로바로 비우고, 잘 관리되더라고요. 그래서 벌레가 없나보다 했습니다. 바깥 소음이야 와이키키라면 어쩔 수 없는 부분인 것 같고요. 1층에 작은 편의점이 있어서 밤 10시까지 급한 물건은 살 수 있었고, 주차도 편하고 널널해요. 다만 주차패스를 렌터카 반납할 때 두고 내리는 바람에 겨우 찾았는데 잃어버리면 배상액이 크니 잘 보관하셔야 합니다. 비치파라솔, 의자 구비되어 있어요. 돗자리는 챙기셔야 할 듯요. 세탁실은 이용하지 않아서 어떤지 모르겠어요. 엘리베이터도 여러 대라 오래 기다리거나 할 때가 거의 없었어요.
정리하자면 접근성 좋고, 깨끗하고, 프라이버시 잘 지켜지고, 이용 편리하고, 경치 좋고, 교통 좋고, 주차 편리해요. 가장 좋았던 점은 호스트와 즉각적으로 연락이 되고, 바로바로 문제를 해결해줬다는 점이었어요. 다음에 또 방문하게 되면 이번 호스트가 관리하는 숙소로 또 예약할 것 같아요. 편히 잘 쉬다 왔습니다.

대부분의 사항에서 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 주방도 훌륭하고 주방에서 보이는 바다도 멋졌습니다. 다만, 야간에는 좀 시끄러운 부분이 있는데 위치상 어쩔 수 없는 부분인 것 같습니다.
