Space
Trade winds drift through the lanai as the Pacific stretches toward the horizon and Diamond Head rises in the distance. From the 37th floor, you’re high above Waikiki – close enough to hear the shoreline, yet tucked into a calm perch where mornings begin with coffee and open-air views. As evening settles in, city lights shimmer below while mountain and ocean views frame the skyline.
The space
This entire one-bedroom condo is located in Waikiki Banyan, Tower 1, and accommodates up to 4 guests. Large windows fill the living space with natural light, and the open layout creates an easy flow between the living area, kitchen, and private patio or balcony. A window AC unit and ceiling fan help keep the space comfortable, while the elevated setting invites in steady island breezes.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding panel door, offering flexibility and privacy. Inside, you’ll find one queen-size bed and one full-size bed. The living area includes a pull-out sleeper sofa. With 3 beds total, the condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage are provided.
Living space and workspace
After a day out, unwind with a 50 inch HDTV with standard cable or settle in at the dedicated workspace in a private space with a table. Wifi and an Ethernet connection make it easy to stay connected whether you’re working remotely or planning the next beach day.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare meals at your own pace, with full cooking space and a dining table for shared meals or morning coffee. Whether you’re blending smoothies before heading out or enjoying a relaxed dinner indoors, everything is set up for comfortable in-home dining.
Outdoor living
Step onto the private patio or balcony to take in the ocean view and mountain view. It’s an inviting spot for breezy mornings and warm Waikiki evenings, with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area to enjoy the fresh air.
Bathroom and laundry
The bathroom includes a bathtub and bathroom essentials for your stay. Paid washer and paid dryer facilities are available in the building, and a laundromat is nearby for added convenience during longer stays.

Guests have access to a shared heated pool, shared hot tub, and shared sauna – currently, the pool and hot tub are under renovation until May 2026. Free parking garage on premises – 1 space is included, along with an EV charger – level 2. The building features elevator access, self check-in with a keypad, and allows long term stays of 28 days or more. Beach essentials are also available for your time along the shore.

Nice place to stay
Nice place to stay
We stayed in this apartment for a week over Christmas break and really enjoyed it
We stayed in this apartment for a week over Christmas break and really enjoyed it. The unit was clean and well-equipped (including beach chairs and an umbrella), and the location was fantastic. The building is located one block from the bustling Kalākaua Avenue with its shops, cafes, restaurants, and beaches. The view of Diamond Head and the coastline from the porch was breathtaking. In addition, the owners were very responsive and helpful. The only minor drawback was that, despite being on the 37th floor, we could occasionally hear traffic noise at night—particularly motorcycles—even with the windows closed.

とても快適に過ごせました。初めてのAirBで不安でしたが、今となってはホテルを選択せずに良かったと思っています。調理器具も充分で、ステーキ肉を焼いて食べたのが良い思い出になりました。ありがとうございました😊
