WARNING: Maximum car height 6 ft. Large cargo vans and SUVs that are lifted or have a roof rack do NOT fit in the parking garage because of the low ceiling. If a vehicle does not fit in our garage, you will be responsible for finding and paying for alternative parking at your expense. Call security if you have any questions.
Please leave the key fobs and garage clicker in the lockbox.
Neighborly Conduct. You will be staying in a privately owned property that has neighbors. Please ensure that you act in a neighborly and courteous manner towards your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. Violation of this rule may result in a fine Please treat the property, its furniture, fittings, utensils, and other facilities with all due care and respect. Please treat the property and the neighbors with the respect you would want others to treat yours.
No pets, no smoking (even on the balcony/lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay.
Only people listed on Airbnb listing allowed in the unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation there is a $100 per person extra charge. No parties or events are allowed in the unit. The minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use building amenities.
Only 1 person can sleep on the sleeper sofa.
Furnishings. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings over normal wear, will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway before check-out so that a replacement can be made. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television.
Please don’t forget to switch off the air conditioning BEFORE YOU LEAVE the unit for a few hours and at departure.
Any violation of the house rules can be fined by the Building Management and will be transferred to the guest.
All guests must be registered in the booking. The security department of the building can require proof of booking at any time.

Our family of four had a fantastic and very comfortable stay in Waikiki! The condo was ideally located within walking distance to the beach, a beautiful park, shops, restaurants and food trucks. Amenities and furniture were exactly as described and the hosts were very responsive. Target is close and we recommend going there for anything more than a few groceries. The local food trucks were plentiful and delicious. We also loved the nearby brunch/sushi restaurant combo. We’d definitely stay at this condo again!

Nice place and a perfect walking distance to both the beach and nearby shopping. Was allowed to check in 15 minutes early—mahalo!
The unit had all the amenities we needed for our 5-night stay, including beach chairs, towels, kitchen cookware, and parking. The only minor drawbacks were the single sink and lack of a dishwasher.
Don’t judge the property by the exterior—the outside of the building doesn’t do the rooms justice. The room itself was open, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
