Pacific Monarch is in a very walkable area of Waikiki, with Waikiki Beach, restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short stroll away. Public buses and the Waikiki Trolley are also convenient options for exploring the area. Guests can easily get around by walking, public transportation, bicycle, or car. Paid parking garage on premises – $45 per day, payable at the garage entrance (price subject to change; maximum vehicle height 6 ft, 1 space).

Please note, that this condo accommodates a maximum of 2 persons (inclusive children), we cannot allow more people in this property.
Neighborly Conduct. You will be staying in a privately-owned property that has neighbors. Please ensure that you act in a neighborly and courteous manner toward your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. Please treat the property, its furniture, fittings, utensils, and other facilities with all due care and respect. Please treat the property and the neighbors with the respect you would want others to treat yours. We, and our owners, work hard to make sure everyone has a GREAT vacation, and managing a fleet of “mini-hotels” is MUCH harder than you would think. If you can be kind to our vacation rental, it makes our lives SO much easier.
Furnishings. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items and damage to the property or furnishings over normal wear will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway Realty before check-out so that a replacement can be made. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television.
Only 1 person can sleep on the sleeper sofa.
No pets, no smoking (even on the balcony/lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay.
Only people listed on the Airbnb listing are allowed in the unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation there is a $100 per person extra charge. No parties or events are allowed in the unit or at the pool/BBQ area. The minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use building amenities.
Pool area. The Association does not assume any responsibility for persons using any facilities on the recreation deck. Use of any of the facilities of the hotel shall be at the occupant’s and guest’s sole risk. Parents and/or their guardians must adequately and safely supervise their children whenever their children are present in the recreation area.
Please don’t forget to switch off the air conditioning BEFORE YOU LEAVE the unit for a few hours and at departure.
Any violation of the house rules can be fined by the Building Management and will be transferred to the guest.
INDEMNITY. GUEST SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (“RELEASED PARTIES”), FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, SUITS, DAMAGES, COSTS, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ALL ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND LEGAL EXPENSES, INCURRED BY ANY OR ALL OF THEM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR RENTAL, OR USE OF ANY AMENITIES, COMMON AREAS, POOLS, HOT TUBS, SPAS, SAUNAS, BALCONIES, CONTENTS, BODY BOARDS, BEACH CHAIRS, SNORKELS, OR ANY OTHER ACCESSORIES.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGE, THEFT, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR RENTAL. The pacific monarch was the perfect vacation spot for a couple. The unit was light and bright and amazingly clean. The unit had beach chairs umbrella and a cooler for the 3 minute walk to the beach. No view of the ocean, but the floor to ceiling wall to wall of windows was breathtaking. They were always quick to respond and very helpful. We are already planning to return next year and will request to stay there. Thank you for a perfect vacation!
2 nights in this unit was 100% worth it! Convenient, clean, comfortable, and easy.
The location and convenience was fabulous. Delicious coffee and musubi just outside the doors! We used public transportation during our stay and we could get anywhere we wanted to go from here. The hotel that the unit is in was full of friendly and helpful people. The unit was modern and well appointed. The electric tea kettle was a win for us!
The bed pillows were a bit confusing as they seemed to be XL thick firm decorative pillows. I would suggest having a couple soft standard sized pillows available in the closet.

As pictured and described in the ad. 8th floor studio facing north, right into the Bamboo hotel and staring down at the top floor parking garage which might be a turnoff to some but we had a place on the other side facing south on Uluniu Ave and it was very loud from vehicles to late night drunks and transients which are unavoidable in Waikiki unless you stay at a hotel that is beach front. Three-minute walk to the beach and the Duke statue, food trucks, eateries and convenient stores right downstairs to include a sugarcane drink spot and scooter rentals. They have beach chairs and a beach umbrella for use which came in clutch. Only complaint is that parking is $45/day and the laundry on the 3rd floor parking garage only takes quarters (good luck finding some). Pool is on the top floor and provides excellent views of the surrounding beach and towers.

This place was perfect for my weekly stay in Hawaii. Super close distance to the beach and great food near by. The host were super responsive and helped with any concerns I had. Parking garage is a bit small and compact. Only downfall is parking is paid separately. Overall enjoyed my stay! I would definitely come back again.
