Space

The space
Set within the iconic Ilikai Hotel, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sleeps 6 and offers ocean, marina, and pool views from both the living area and two private lanais. Positioned on the west end of Waikiki, you’re within walking distance of the beach, dining, and shopping while still enjoying a slightly more relaxed setting. Inside, the open living area includes a queen pull-out sleeper sofa, a recliner, and a TV for unwinding. Fast wifi – 197 Mbps, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed. Split type ductless AC and ceiling fans help maintain comfort throughout your stay.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king bed, its own TV, storage, and direct access to a private lanai. The second bedroom includes one full bed and one twin bed, along with room-darkening shades for restful sleep. The living room’s queen pull-out sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage are provided.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers space to cook your own meals, with full-size appliances and everything arranged for easy, at-home living. A dining table seats six, whether you’re planning the day ahead or winding down after sunset.
Bathrooms & essentials
Two full bathrooms serve the condo – one with a bathtub and shower combo, and one with a walk-in shower. Bathroom essentials, hot water, and thoughtful touches are included. Paid washer and paid dryer are available in the building on the same floor.
Outdoor living & amenities
Two private lanais invite you to take in the changing colors of the water or enjoy a quiet moment outdoors. Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool, open year-round with specific hours, along with beach essentials for nearby beach outings. Elevator access, exterior security cameras in common areas, and self-check-in via keypad add convenience throughout your stay.
Parking & features
Free parking garage on premises – 1 space is included (max height 6-7ft). The home is single-level with no stairs inside, making it easy to move between spaces.
Ilikai Bell Desk
The Ilikai bell desk is available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. A storage fee of $2 per bag applies. Please visit the front desk to pay for your luggage storage, and make sure to keep your yellow receipt and claim ticket for pick-up.
Ilikai Fitness Center
The Ilikai Fitness Center is open to all owners and guests 24 hours a day, with access available for $8 daily, $50 weekly, or $150 monthly, and registration, payments, waivers, and key issuance can be completed at the hotel front desk.

Transit
Getting around from the Ilikai Hotel is easy and convenient, with several transportation options nearby. Many of Waikiki’s top attractions, beaches, and restaurants are within walking distance. For longer trips, TheBus (Honolulu’s public transportation system) has stops close to the property, and the Waikiki Trolley offers a convenient way to explore popular spots. Guests can also use Biki bike share stations for short rides around the area, or opt for rideshare services and taxis for quick and direct travel.

House Rules:
Neighborly Conduct. You will be staying in a privately owned property that has neighbors. Please ensure that you act in a neighborly and courteous manner towards your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. Violation of this rule may result in a fine Please treat the property, its furniture, fittings, utensils, and other facilities with all due care and respect. Please treat the property and the neighbors with the respect you would want others to treat yours.
No pets, no smoking (even on the balcony/lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay.
Only people listed on the AirBnB listing are allowed in the unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation there is a $100 per person extra charge. No parties or events are allowed in the unit or at the pool/BBQ area. The minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use building amenities.
We recommend that only 1 adult sleeps on the sleeper sofa, or 2 children.
Furnishings. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings over normal wear, will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway before check-out so that a replacement can be made. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television.
Swimming Pool.
Pool Hours: 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, seven days a week
For your safety and the safety of those around you, we ask all users to honor
the following guidelines:
1. Daily from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. the pool will be reserved for lap swimming and
rehabilitation exercise.
2. The pool and pool area are for the use of Ilikai owner occupants, tenants, lessees,
other residents, and their registered guests.
3. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
There is always a risk of personal injury when using the pool or the pool deck. The
The association is not responsible for accidents, injury, or loss. Swimmers should be
aware of depth markings at all times.

4. Using the pool without proper bathing attire is prohibited. Appropriate footwear is
recommended while walking around the pool deck and is required in the common
areas.
5. The pool is for use only by those able to swim. Non-swimmers should stay only in
the shallow area of the pool. Anyone who is not able to swim must be accompanied
and directly supervised by a competent swimmer, who will be responsible for their
conduct and safety, at all times while in the pool.
6. Swimmers must take a shower before entering the pool. Those who leave the pool
to use the restroom must take another shower before re-entering the pool.
Restrooms and showers are adjacent to the pool.
7. In the interest of health and safety, no person with bandages or open wounds of any
type may use the pool. All residents and guests are reminded that the State of Hawaii
Department of Health Regulations state that:
a. All persons having an infectious or communicable disease shall be excluded
from the swimming pool. Persons having open blisters, cuts, etc., shall be
warned that these are likely to become infected and advised not to use the pool.
b. Spitting, spouting of water, and blowing one’s nose in the pool are strictly
prohibited.
8. No pets, bicycles, skateboards, etc., are allowed in the pool area. However,
assistance animals depended upon by disabled pool users shall be permitted.
9. The pool will be immediately closed for cleaning in the event of fecal or vomit
discharge. All accidents must be immediately reported to the pool attendant and/or
management.
10. To protect the health of all pool users, anyone who experiences
incontinence must use appropriate swim diapers or other such material at all times
while they are in the pool area.
11. Jumping or diving into the pool is hazardous and is not permitted. No rough play,
horseplay, running, yelling, or profanity is permitted in the pool area.
12. Recreational water devices (e.g., inner tubes, donut-shaped flotation devices,
noodles, boogie boards, rafts, etc.) are not allowed in the pool. However, water
exercise equipment and flexible swim aids are permitted (e.g., life jackets,
floatation belts, water wings, etc.), unless such device creates a hazard for
other pool users. Due to size, surfboards and other large items are not allowed
on the deck or surrounding pool area.
13. Pool chairs shall not be reserved or left unattended for more than 15 minutes, unless
the person is in the pool or pool area.
14. No audio equipment of any type will be allowed unless headphones are used to
avoid disturbing others.
15. For safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed in the pool areas. Trash
receptacles are provided and all pool users are expected to clean up after
themselves.
16. Consumption of Ilikai Food and Beverages and small quantities of personal snacks
or non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. No coolers or “picnicking” is allowed in
the pool area. OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE STRICTLY
PROHIBITED.
17. All personal belongings such as towels, sunglasses, books, etc. must be removed
upon leaving the pool area. Neither the Ilikai nor its employees are responsible for
the damage, loss, or theft of belongings left in the pool area. However, lost and found
items may be reported to and/or turned in to the pool attendant or security.
18. All rubbish must be disposed of when leaving the pool.
19. Towels are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Individuals are required to
dry themselves thoroughly before re-entering the building and should use the
bather’s elevator if possible.
20. Smoking is prohibited in the pool area.
21. Personal conduct must be by standards of good taste, common
courtesy, and be conducive to a family atmosphere.
22. All Ilikai owners, lessees, other residents, and their registered guests shall comply
with the requests of Management with respect to matters of personal conduct in and
about the pool area.
Please don’t forget to switch off the air conditioning BEFORE YOU LEAVE the unit for a few hours and at departure.
Any violation of the house rules can be fined by the Building Management and will be transferred to the guest.
INDEMNITY. GUEST SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (“RELEASED PARTIES”), FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, SUITS, DAMAGES, COSTS, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ALL ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND LEGAL EXPENSES, INCURRED BY ANY OR ALL OF THEM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR RENTAL, OR USE OF ANY AMENITIES, COMMON AREAS, POOLS, HOT TUBS, SPAS, SAUNAS, BALCONIES, CONTENTS, BODY BOARDS, BEACH CHAIRS, SNORKELS, OR ANY OTHER ACCESSORIES.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGE, THEFT, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR RENTAL.
