Great location! We arrived 10 minutes earlier than the expected check in. For that reason the door code was not synchronized. Because they provided very clear communications I was able to call the support line, got answered and the person was able to reset the lock to let us in. Just this little attention and great support gave me great confidence that this was going to be a good host. Love it and looking forward to coming back.
