I had a wonderful 2-week stay here, a corner apartment with a great ocean view, amenities and excellent spot in terms of how close it is to the utility rooms such as laundry (I had reservations about this if it would feel noisy to have the laundry rooms nearby but not at all, it actually makes it feel private and very convenient, no concern with regard to noise, and Banyan management implements a no laundry after 10pm policy by locking the room so a great plus). Apartment itself, very bright, ocean view, especially the bedroom, that makes it feel positive, I also appreciated the flexibility of the host, their prompt and kind communication and assistance when needed, and their welcome offerings made for a nice welcome home feeling. It reminded me of the serviced aparthotels I stayed in Paris and Hong Kong, very professional. The building itself has nice amenities like a coffeeshop, a mini mart, as well as sauna, pool, and free parking. Don’t hesitate to book this place.
