Place was great and communication was great. The views from this particular unit are unbelievable. Very large, very modern, very clean, very beautiful. Two problems: there was no parking pass when I checked – in. This was remedied quickly though. Then there was the issue of the dryer room being locked after 8pm for some unknown reason. This, my laundry stayed wet overnight (the unit has its own washer) and I had to wait til almost 11:30 to get my last day in Hawaii started because I had to wait on clean underwear and socks. Other than that, fantastic.
