Place was squeaky clean and well organized, little smaller than I expected though but for a family with 2 adults and 2 young kids it was ok. Convenient walk to the beach, they have some beach chairs and umbrella that were very handy by the ocean. All sort of amenities available with pool, playground and paid bbq. Walking access to lots of dining and shopping places, church is nearby, ABC stores are everywhere. We rented the car, but honestly we could get by without it. Nice to have basic pantry things available like salt, pepper, some coffee, oil spray, tool for bbq and even rice cooker.
