The condo was beautiful, exactly as described. Beautiful views, and the entire place was spotless. There are extra towels and bedding in the closet, beach, chairs, and ironing boards, etc…

The main selling point was the free parking, great location, and Midway rentals are very responsive and helpful.

The stay was not entirely peaceful though. The only issue we had, which was beyond the control of Midway rentals, was that the Waikiki Banyan property had two false alarms during our stay. It is a red alert and the voice over the intercom commanding all to evacuate. Evacuating an 83 year-old woman with bad knees, from the 27th floor, down the stairs, was a nightmare scenario.

When I called the front desk to inquire about the evacuation, they said it was a test and they had forgot to give the “All clear.”

Other than that, I would highly recommend.
