The unit is in a large 30+ floors condo building

The unit is in a large 30+ floors condo building which also hosts many vacationers. The building is not new but well maintained. The lounge and swimming pool area are still under active construction in Aug. 2026.
The room is on the 12th floor facing ocean which some obstructions. Has all the plates, pots and utensils one would need. Room is spacious and clean. Hot water and central AC works without a flaw. It also has chairs, umbrella, coolers for use on the beach, which is about two blocks away.
The building is on a relatively quite street. Walkability is excellent, with multiple shopping malls and a large number of stores and restaurants within 10-15 mins walk.
Parking is free in attached garage level 1-6, with access to building elevator on every floor. Also most floors have coin laundry machines and garbage chute.
Overall I think this unit proves all the necessaries for a stress free vacation in and around Waikiki Beach.
