The view is stunning and the definition of Hawaii: ocean view and mountain view. Unit is on the 37th floor – the highest in the building! The ocean is a 5-8 minute walk away.

The free parking is a nice deal considering parking costs are steep in downtown Honolulu.

The provided beach gear is so handy: umbrella, chairs, towels, and cooler. It’s nice not having to rent it from anyone.

Noise was not a problem. When the windows/doors were closed, you could not hear city noise. Other property guests hardly made noise.

TV had plenty of good channel options.

One critique is the A/C unit was on for hours, but the unit never really reached a cool temperature.

Overall, a fine value for the property. Would stay again.
