We had an excellent stay at this unit! It was exactly as described, and had everything we wanted and needed for 2 adults & 2 small kids. It was clean, spacious and thoughtfully furnished. The bedroom had ample storage and drawers, blackout curtains, and comfy beds (2 twins, 1 double). The bathroom was well stocked with dispensers for hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and plenty of bath and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and appliances, and we appreciated the coffee and tea they provided for the start of our stay. The pool/rec area was perfect for our needs with small kids and the location was amazing. Just 2-3 blocks to Kuhio Beach and Kalakaua Ave, and just off Kuhio Ave. Close to shops, restaurants and the ocean!This is the second time we’ve booked a property managed by Midway Vacations (the first on a different site), and their customer service team is exceptional. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is amazing, and do their very best to make sure that guests have any concern, question or issue quickly addressed. They are easily accessible via phone, email or text, and their communication is consistently amazing. They helped us with a few different things during our stay (including grocery and other deliveries) and they were simply awesome. Sending much aloha to the whole team there, including Lanie, Kyla, Pattie, Elsie, and Nelly!!! Such a great team, thanks for everything!
