We are traveling with our two year old and found this rental to be great. First the location is amazing. It is really easy to cross over the bridge on floor 2 to The Modern Hotel and Illikai to walk down to the Hilton Lagoon. There is a terrace over the bridge open to public and bar which is great for outdoor eating and watching the sunset. Very easy walk into Waikiki downtown. The troller comes nearby (pink line). We also loved this spot because it is super close to our favorite park Ala Moana and the mall. We walked to Foodland and also to the playground just down from there Kolowalu Park. For the accommodations we were happy. We love having our own kitchen and a bedroom with a door that shuts. The lanai is not safe for a toddler so we never opened it, but that goes for almost any building in Waikiki. We spend our entire days outside anyway. Parking is super easy. We parked in the lot at the marina and street parking which is $1 per hour, which was significant cheaper.

Great stay! The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient, close to Waikīkī, shops, and plenty of restaurants. Check-in was smooth and everything was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

we usually have good experiences with the VRBO properties we have visited. this property really stood out for the ease of dealing with the host agency. any question was answered promptly and with extreme courtesy. each person we dealt with at Midway Vacations Company was friendly and very helpful. this unit was obviously recently renovated and done with a lot of attention to the details that would aid to the guest's comfort. Lanie, Pattie and Kyla were each a delight to deal with and followed up to make sure we had no other questions or needs. thank you all so much for helping to make our stay so perfect. we look forward to dealing with you again on our next trip to Honolulu. 3

Perfect condo for our stay, with amazing views! The condo may not be as updated as others, but it was comfortable, clean, and had all that we needed…..and you can’t beat the view of Diamond Head and the beach from the 31st floor. Would definitely stay here again!

8/10 inside of condo was in very good condition, building itself is older and worn, but inside was clean and updated. Laundry facilities were on third floor and easy to use with app. It was very close to everything in Waikiki and beach and kapiolani park. Parking garage was tight, but was included in price, and the building was secure. I would stay again.

The room had some of the best amenities of an aVrbo that I have stayed at.

Great view! Very spacious and relaxing. Bathroom was great (toilet is awesome). Bed is also big.

The place is beautiful. Just like the photos. You can catch the sunsets from the room. You will hear the shows going on downtown, so no early bedtimes. If you have a lot of luggage it will take several trips but the location in the city is perfect. There is a lot of different building construction going on but when you are inside the unit, they really have thought of everything.

Great location, beautiful view and the balcony space was lovely. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.
One issue was that the toilet didn't flush well, got blocked and overflowed. We communicated with the hosts and they had someone out to fix it the following day which was good, however it still didn't flush well, so we used the public toilets on a different floor.
The hosts did try to address the issue and were responsive and kind.
Otherwise the accommodation was lovely.

I was so pleasantly surprised by our stay in Waikiki. I had heard the city gets loud with an obnoxious crowd, but our AirBnB, situated up in a tower, put us well out of earshot of any street noise. Our place was so peaceful, and I loved getting to peer out at the ocean, especially during sunset. The lanai had a great breeze, too.

The room has super easy access to laundry and trash disposal, and it was convenient to have a mini mart and coffee joint downstairs in the lobby! Parking and entry access was a dream, and the area is super walkable to the beach, restaurants, and stores! I would absolutely book here again, especially when the 6th floor amenities are back up and running. Honestly, you don't hear much construction noise either, unless you're out on the balcony. This place was way quieter than my home in the suburbs.

The condo is exactly as pictured. The furniture is comfortable and the decor is lovely. We had everything we needed. It is an end room, so there is an extra window in the kitchen for viewing sunsets over the ocean. It was the perfect choice for us. The hosts were welcoming and responded promptly with answers. A great stay!

Très beau logement, avec équipement complet, très bien situé à Waikiki, à 2 min à pied de la plage et du Duke. Les baies vitrées partout dans le logement donnent une excellente vue d’ensemble sur Waikīkī. On recommande !

Beautiful view. Clean space. Friendly host. Can’t beat the free parking. Would definitely stay here again!
