always stayed at the Sunset. this year a very pleasant change. will definitely return and recommend.

Was wonderful location. Perfect communication with host. Fantastic view. A little disappointed with hot tub. Jets weren’t working. Not hot enough. Also need to do something about sticky sliding door. Other than that, was perfect.

I do t know why I’m forced to leave a review, but property confirmed to expectations.

The place was very clean and had a beautiful view from the back deck, the access to sauna and hot tub was nice as well

The listing was accurate. A bit away from the hectic pace of Waikiki Beach but an easy walk or Uber ride. We'd recommend the host purchasing a coffee pot. Many guests appreciate coffee more than one cup at a time. We would stay with this guest again.

Fantastic location and great view. The unique part about this view was that we could see both the ocean and the mountains. Would stay there again.

Short:
Great location close to beach and many other Waikiki activities. Nice view, clean room and building, easy parking after the first time. Trash chute, recycle and laundry just outside the room.

More details:
Location - great location, close to Waikiki and lots of other stuff. Only a long city block from the beach and close to the canal on the other side. Corner unit had us hearing others very little.
View - Nice view of water and almost get the sun hitting the water at sunset. Maybe in summer time the sun shifts for that.
Cleanliness - the building and condo were very clean.
Parking - parking was pretty good. Security said park anywhere on the first 5 floors, all of which have easy access to elevator. We were usually able to park on floor 2 or 3. Lower you park the faster you get back out.
AC - A/C was good. Better in living room than kitchen or bedroom where the fan in the closet helped to distribute.
Trash - super convenient trash chute across the hall.
Recycle - I was delighted to find glass, aluminum can and plastic bottle recycle bins there as well. I’m an avid recycler and recycling on Oahu can be a little tough.
Laundry - laundry room on the floor is right next door to the condo. I Was worried about sharing a wall with the laundry but it has reasonable hours and I didn’t detect any noise from the machines.
Travel cooler - there is a travel cooler in the bedroom closet which was great for porting around drinks and snacks.

Good location and large enough for 4 people.Great kitchen so we would eat in sometimes. Close to beach.

Lovely Condo very clean and updated. Loved waking up to view diamond head every morning.

Great location with beautiful view. Staff was easy to work with. Parking included was an added plus. Condo clean, comfy with everything we needed plus many extras. The bed was the best.

Building is unassuming and a bit old (elevators are slow and one was out the whole time) but the unit was beautiful - the bed and couch were both very comfortable, everything was clean, and the view was pretty incredible. Lots of nice touches like plenty of bath and beach towels, beach chairs, and dishes if we wanted to cook or reheat food. The location cannot be beat. Highly recommend, would absolutely stay again.

This was an excellent find for our week in Honolulu. Located a very short walk from the beach, this high rise condo was convenient to EVERYTHING. Basics provided by the owner (bring your own beach towels if you use a lot) and FREE parking.

Everything was great! It was a nice place to call home for the time we were there. Communication was outstanding. Looking forward to coming back.

Stayed in Waikiki to see a show at the Blue Note. Couldn't have been more convenient, and a spectacular view toward Diamond Head. Everything was delivered as advertised. Would have liked to stay longer and explore the area, but that will have to wait for another time.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely keep in for for future visits.

Pros: Updates were GREAT. View was nice. Location-great; walkable distance to everything. Ubers were GREAT and cheap. AC great. Easy to connect to WIFI. Communication with management was easy.

Cons: Construction on neighbor-unit? from 8-5 was distracting, but we weren’t in the unit that much, so not a big deal. WIFI slow in the morning.

Location was great, easy to come and go, close walk to the beach and the area we wanted to be near to. Zoo, shops, restaurants, and coffee all right there. Mini mart in the building came in handy too. Great for 2 adults and a 3 year old. We would stay here again!
