Highly recommend this great condo with convenient access to the city and beach!

Clean and pretty accommodations. How the beds were made with 2 clean sheets and the blanket within was really great as no one really wants to use the same comforter as other people. Very good sheets

Great condo, great location, and great staff. Booking was easy & they made themselves readily available for any issues or concerns we had (which were none). Property is about 2 blocks for Waikiki Beach which is perfect! Anybody would be happy staying here!

Wonderful spot, great amenities, close to beach, clean, and well equipped. Highly recommend. Family of four with two teenagers. Comfortable stay.

The condo was very clean and easily accommodated beds for me, my husband, and two teens. Parking was easy and on-site. The beach is a close block-and-a-half up the street.

The condo looks just like pictured on line. It was clean, kitchen was stocked with enough pots and pans, starter kit with laundry and dish detergent, reliable wifi and even a inflatable mattress. I had already brought one when I noticed in the closet - my boys do not like to share a bed. Bed was clean and comfortable, pillows were ok, standard hotel pillows . Location was perfect, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants but still in a low key corner. You'll find many restaurant choices in the area. We explored some of the local choices by focusing on off of main avenue. Rent a car if possible, we went to Walmart and grabbed some essentials for breakfast and lunches plus snacks, it will save you a few $$$.
We are very happy with our stay and would definitely book again in the future.

Perfect stay! Everything just like the pictures on the listing. We loved the location, the delicious coffee shop and handy market right in the building. This unit is right by the elevator which was very nice after a long day. All three of us slept in the bedroom because the sofa couch was not comfortable. Our family stayed in another unit which was remodeled and fancier but everyone came to our unit to gather because of the great view!

I grew up on O’ahu and I’ve always loved the Waikiki Banyan. The location is convenient and within walking distance to everything and it’s easy to access with a car as it’s not far off of Kapahulu…which makes a morning run to Leonard’s for malasadas even easier. We debated about staying in a hotel…but the convenience of having parking included as well a full kitchen made this a better option. While we didn’t use the stove we did take full advantage of the fridge to keep all of our pickled mango and L&L mac salad chilled.
Communication was great and check in and out was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

As a returning former resident (born and raised on Oahu but with no more family to stay with), we have been used to doing a more traditional VRBO type stay in a residential neighborhood. With current restrictions on place for those units, we elected to stay at Waikiki Banyon with the hope that it would be the least “touristy” option in Waikiki.

We could not be happier with our experience. Our initial concern was parking (Waikiki is extremely challenging in that respect)- but Waikiki Banyon has a five level parking garage and there were always spots available at all hours for our rental car. We also wanted the ability to come and go often (we spend a lot of our time outside of Waikiki) and the location was perfect- we could take Kuhio easily to Kapahulu and avoid much of the usual Waikiki traffic,

Our unit was super clean and perfectly located. For tourists, it was ideal as well given the proximity to the beach and all of the wonders Waikiki has to offer. The host was extremely communicable and easy to reach, and everything was provided to us without issue, with clear guidance.c

We will not hesitate to stay at Waikiki Banyon again on our next visit- it was exactly what we were looking for!

5 of us stayed comfortably in this place. Bedrooms were tight but we had enough space. Nice balcony overlooking Diamond Head was a great place for morning coffee. An easy walk to Waikiki Beach. Decent, but small, exercise room with dumbbells and a universal machine. Only minor complaint was the loud roosters every morning.

Absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO. Walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. Unit was well appointed with everything we needed. Did wish there was a dishwasher but we didn’t use too many so hand washing was totally fine. Laundry unit right next door. It was very quiet & tranquil. AC worked great along with everything else. The views at every angle were just amazing. Would definitely stay here again. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful. Never waited long for elevator and plenty of parking but usually parked on 4th floor. Lots of conveniences including on-site store and coffee shop. Easy circle drive for Uber pick up out front and to unload bags. Thankful we found this hidden gem and wished we could have stayed more than 4 nights. Mahalo for the stay!

The view was amazing! The place looked exactly like what was listed online. Overall and a very clean and convenient place to stay at.

Place was very clean & comfortable & in a quiet area. But having an elevator would have been helpful!!! Also would have loved having a pool!

Quiet convenient location. The spacious corner apartment was very well appointed with everything I needed to begin my holiday. The Air-conditioning was noisey but it was ok with ear plugs.

Everything about this property is perfect. It’s newly upgraded, has comfortable beds and a great kitchen, complete with all the pots and pans you’d need whilst traveling with kids. The view is superb, and the free parking is a big plus!

The condo was very clean and comfortable and the welcome goodies were much appreciated! It was nice to have AC in each bedroom and the living room. The beds were very comfortable ( even the sofa bed!) and the kitchen was well stocked. The property management group was very responsive with a few questions we had. It was a short, easy walk to the baby beach nearby and we were able to walk to Mamas fish house and get a table as a standby (since we didn’t make a reservation months in advance). It was a great home base for our drive to Hana, upcountry and Haleakala summit. We would definitely stay here again!

Very easy transaction and the communication/emails were very helpful for checking in, instructions for parking, and checking out. Clean and amazing view of the ocean and mountains. Thank you!
