We had a wonderful time. Room is as advertised and had a great view of the water. And just a short walk to Waikiki beach. Loved having access to beach towels, beach chairs, and the small softsided cooler!

The unit was excellent. The location was awesome - so close to the beach, restaurants, parks, etc. that we enjoyed walking everywhere. The unit was very clean, well equipped, and in a building atmosphere that was pleasant, friendly, and vibrant. The pool and pool area was great, as were the other amenities in the building for our use. You will love this condo - we sure did and will definitely be back to stay in this place again. We have recommended it to many of our friends and family already.

Amazing location and since the beach is so close it was incredible we saw turtles on the beach whales out of our balcony during our stay. The communication was awsome property management. Thank you we are planning to go back at the end of the year.

The location was good, with access to the beach and the park. Parking in and out was convenient and free. The kitchen was well-equipped and the living room and bedroom spacious and comfortable. We loved the view from the linai. Our only complaint was the street noise.

Close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Great view but go to beach if you want sunset. Nice condo, iffy older building/neighborhood.

Spent a week working remote and vacationing. Great view from the unit and easy check-in/check-out.

TV is broken in the small bedroom

and we wish we had an elevator or a lift of some kind for luggage and people That have difficulty with stairs

The property was just what we needed. Very centered to all the action. Thank you!

First, communication with the property managers was superb. The kitchen was modern and enabled us to make our own meals in a city that is very expensive when eating out. The unit is on the 7th floor which means we didn't get the ocean views of the 34th floor so if that is important to you, I would suggest being a bit higher in the building. Having laundry on every floor was terrific. We would certainly come here again.

Great place to stay in Waikiki

Very nice condo, newly remodeled. Just about everything you need. Beach chairs and beach towels were nice benefit. Close to beach (2 blocks) and main strip. Nice view of mountains!

The condo was an excellent location. You could see the sunset every night. It was walking distance to everything. You could see the surfers surfing all day from the balcony window. They were restaurants everywhere everything was convenient, renting, surfboards, boogie boards everything was fantastic. The condo came with two chairs, which is very convenient to sit at the beach. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to be in the perfect spot. We had a family of five and it was plenty of room.

The location of the property was nestled in a perfect location. Easy to get on the freeway, easy to walk to all downtown areas, and easy to get to the beach. the view was AMAZING! Having the parking place for our car rental was stress free. The kids enjoyed the pool. Would recommend for families.

I travel to Honolulu at least 6 times a year, the Banyan property is conveniently located a block from Waikiki Beach, the property offers great amenities… Would highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable unit. Garage attendant very friendly. Short walk to Kuhio Beach and other east Waikiki beaches and Kapiolani Park, which is oasis from Waikiki chaos. Parking pass very useful for local visitors. One minor problem reported to management company: Sliding door panel to bedroom off its rollers.

Located close to beach, restaurants, shopping, and free parking garage which is a bonus! Plenty of room and good value for what you get. Would recommend and stay again.

This is an excellent unit. We had 4 adults in our party and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and relax. The kitchen is really nice. If I had one suggestion, it would be to upgrade the bathroom door. A slatted door is great for a closet, not a bathroom. All the light and and noise comes out of those slats at night, which can be disruptive if you are a light sleeper. But the location is fantastic, lots of fun places in walking distance. Highly recommend.
