Fun stay. We had a family of 5 and it was plenty big enough. We enjoyed our stay. Took advantage of the beach chairs and small ice chest. Close to the beach and easy check in and out. Also the free parking was awesome!!

I was on Oahu for a week of diving and just needed a clean comfortable condo to relax after a day in the water. I found the unit as advertised - clean, comfortable and well equipped. Check-in was easy, parking was good, and communication with the property manager was very good.
While I was not on Oahu for beach time, the unit is minutes from the Waikiki beach with lots of restaurant choices.

The property was just as described. Perfect location. In walking distance to everything. Full stocked for all our needs. Enjoyed our vacation greatly.

The property is great but don't like the charges for an early entry to the room if it is ready.
Love the view from the room.
It would also be good to have a few more tea/coffee/sugar sachets.

We wanted to be walking distance to the beach, but save $$’s. The Banyon was just this place. Quiet, safe and perfect! Thank you!

What a lovely, light, and airy space! My partner and I were impressed with the decor and the comfort offered here. I also appreciated how communicative the property manager was and how they went above and beyond to help accommodate a last minute request I made. :)

It’s definitely in an excellent location—the beach is a quick walk, but you’re also removed from the noisy tourist area. Sitting outside on the balcony overlooking the mountains was my favorite part!

We had a great time. The unit was nicely updated and the view was gorgeous! Easy walk to the beach, food and fun! We will be back.

Our room was clean and it looked exactly like the pictures. The check in process was simple and it was easy to unload all of our stuff. Our view was great. There was easy access to the beach, shops, and food. Most importantly if you rent/have a car the included parking is the best.

Beautiful views of the beach and diamondhead from our balcony! We were close to all the things. The beach chairs provided were a huge bonus as well! Great stay!!!!

Was a great space to sleep and relax. The tub is very slippery; beware!

My wife and I found this condo to celebrate our one year anniversary for a total of a nine night stay. Overall, we were more than pleased with the room and our experience in Hawaii. We highly recommend and would stay here again if returning to the island.

Pros:
-Wonderful views of the mountains and the city lights from the bedroom and living room. Sunrise is particularly beautiful. Being on the 37th floor helps give the great views.
-All the furnishings are brand new and beautiful amenities as well. The owner really took the time and spent the money to provide an excellent experience. I'm talking about having aluminum foil for cooking, oven mits, oven pans, full set of silverware, plates, mugs, cups, salt and pepper, cooking spray, etc. Etc. Above and beyond what we expected.
-comfortable bed, pillows, and furniture
-hot water and good water pressure for showers
-extras provided such as beach towels, beach chairs, ironing board, iron, laundry bag, etc.
-access to pool, hot tub, grill and lounge area
-2 block walk to the beach
-walking distance to anything and everything in Waikiki. Shopping, restaurants, etc.
-includes parking pass (normally $30.00/day)
-cafe and small market in lobby of the banyon
-well maintained property
-hundreds of stations on the TV to choose from including movies
-smooth operation overall including communication by owner and recommendedations given for visit
-beautiful bright green parakeets that visited us in the mornings
-plenty of towels
-very reasonable price
- switch powered blinds and remotes for fans
-coupon code to stay again

Cons:
-A couple of times the sound wasn't working when watching the satellite/cable box. I don't think it was a TV issue because the over the air local stations always worked with sound
-the key didn't work for the men's sauna and the womens was out of order
-one night the fire alarm went off and the entire condo had to evacuate for 2 hours. The fire dept. Didn't know why it went off. Maybe was pulled by a guest?
-The AC unit was a bit loud
-that we had to leave

Excellent location and being on top floor there was a great view of ocean and park. Only objections….very loud a/c that kept going on and off and having a list of what TV stations they get would be helpful. LOVE the unit but very disappointed pool area has changed. No more trees for shade. Just a concrete area now. Hard to say Aloha until next time.

My fiance and I got engaged on this trip and we were VERY happy with the condo. It was exactly as promised and even had a few things in the kitchen that we weren't expecting (things like a cheese grater and lemon juicer, etc). We would happily stay here again.

The room was perfect for our needs! It’s close to the beach and walking distance to everything! The views are amazing as well. The only con would be the building/hallways could use a little updating, and the kitchen was a little small. If it’s just a couple people it works fine though!

My husband and I had a wonderful time during our stay at this condo in the Waikiki Banyan. The living space and bed were very comfortable. The location was ideal, within a short walk to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay in Waikiki!

As described-loved the extras that were provided, such as beach chairs and towels. Very clean, beds were comfortable. Easy access and the free parking was a bonus.

If you're looking for the perfect location, price and ease of stay this is the place to be! Location was two blocks from the beach and great food locations! The accomodations were perfect. A perfect size for two adults and two kids. The kitchen was super convenient for quick meals along with access to parking AND the pool! Checking in was super easy and any questions you had property management was super responsive! If you're looking for a great location and price I would recommend staying here!

Very good, no issues with stay and was a very convenient location.
