Love the location. Check-in was easy. Great communication before we checked in and before we left. Pictures were as expected and the bidet was a nice touch. Would recommend to others

Beautiful view. Spacious room and easy check-in and out. The lobby was pretty and the location was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The garage parking was a nice bonus.

Apartment and experience was as described. Very clean. Clear communication leading up to check in and responsive to questions. Parking was easy and beach set appreciated.Amenities were not available as they were under construction at this time.I'd recommend this place to others

We had an amazing stay in Honolulu. The room was great for our family and filled with all the amenities we could need! From kitchen essentials to beach gear, we had everything we could need.The layout of the room was open and had an amazing view of the city and Waikiki Beach. AND our unit was conveniently located near the laundry room, what a blessing! The accessibility of the local area was great and such a treat to be able to stroll the strip whenever we wanted. Lots of restaurants and all the shopping you can ask for. There is so much to see, and we were fortunate to be visiting during the Aloha Festivals Floral Parade.The staff at Waikiki Banyan were always polite and friendly. The Midway Vacations team made everything easy and stress free. So much so we did not have to reach out for anything during our stay.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Great location close to beach restaurants, etc

We're familiar with the property having stayed here several times before. This unit was by far one of the tops we've had. It was super clean, well done, very nicely furnished. Property is always nice, clean and maintained and has nice coffee shop and little store on ground floor. Super close to beach (2 blocks) and attractions.

Amazing view! The rental had everything we needed and communication with property management was great. We would definitely return.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view of the ocean. Just a short walk away from the beach. Had a small issue with bathroom lamp not working which they fixed right away. Overall had a great time during my stay here.

Location, parking, cleanliness , comfortable beds and very responsive host made our stay so wonderful.

We would definitely stay here again. The room was spacious and it was stocked with the basic necessities. The corner room offered a quiet, comfortable stay that was super close to the laundry and trash room, which was convenient. No noise or smell from either. Plenty of towels, soap, etc. The beach chairs and umbrellas were an awesome plus and made our beach time way better. Convenience store inside the building was helpful when baby needed milk at random times. Parking was easy. The garage was cramped, but that's everywhere in Hawaii. There were always plenty of spaces. The company was clear and communicative. Super profressional and courteous.Pros: clean, great breeze, pool was nice, beach chairs/umbrella, great location, spacious enough for extended familyCons: my family

This condo has a beautiful view of the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the lanai every night. Our friends stayed at the same property and were in awe of the view we had. The hosts were fantastic to communicate with, very responsive! Overall, a fantastic stay.

Don’t have enough good things to say about this place. 10/10 location. 5 minute walk from so many great restaurants and the beach. The view and vibe of the apartment itself is amazing. It has a coffee shop and little market on the first floor for emergency needs. Would highly recommend for anyone.

We truly enjoy our stay! The beach chairs, umbrella and the lunch bag were super very helpful! The beds are comfy and clean! The views of sunrise in the morning are beautiful, and the location is close to everything- we walked to many stores and to the international marketplace with no problem- plus not worrying about parking is really helpful! We highly recommend this place and we will be back! Thank you for the coffee Kcups saves my morning sanity, Mahalo!!

Wonderful Property

Great clean unit with a beautiful view and all the amenities for a great vacation. The property manager is polite, courteous and responded to all our inquiries very quickly.

Clean and all of the appliances you need to make your stay convenient. Would definitely stay again.

The photos on the listing were accurate. The condo was beautiful, clean and had good view. We’ve stayed at the Bayan Condominiums many, many times and this one is by far my favorite.
