Aĺl in all the place is very comfortable. If the amenities is not under construction, the place is really excellent.

This was our second time staying at this lovely property. The view every morning on the balcony is perfection and it is an easy walk to the beach and all Waikīkī has to offer. The property itself is clean and pretty and well appointed. We will be back.

Great location-short walking distance to many things…unit well equipped, easy booking, communications were very timely, unit was very clean as well. Would book again!

Very comfortable and clean

We stayed here for seven nights. The room was as advertised. It was nice having a dishwasher, washer dryer and being so close to the beach.

Well appointed condo with plenty of room for our family. The view of Diamondhead from the lanai is spectacular and the condo is high enough to have minimal street noise. Just a block from the beach and convenient to everything! Thank you for a great stay.

Loved our stay. Easy, convenient check-in. All you need for four in the kitchen. Comfortable bed and bath. And the patio is spectacular! Ocean view and postcard view of Diamond Head. Great location: close to beach, shops, and parks, but much less busy than just a few blocks away. Garage is a bit challenging, but adequate.

It was a great stay, all staff was prompt at resolving issues. Room was clean and we all enjoyed our stay.

The room was great! However our check in experience was terrible. The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. We arrived at the property in the late evening due to the tsunami warning. The front desk staff told us the elevators were turned off due to the tsunami warning so that meant my family and I would have to access our room via the stairway. When I informed them that was unacceptable (because that meant hiking 38 floors with 4 suitcases), the front desk staff very rudely told me 'that's the way it goes'. Eventually the building mgr. allowed us to use the elevator to access our room. We were grateful that he had enough common sense to help us.

Great place to stay as a jumping off point for the Road to Hana. Place was comfy in every way for our family of 4. And the convenient laundry facilities was an added bonus. Not to mention the proximity to Mama’s Fish House and several nice beaches. Kitchen was well stocked and beds and baths were great.

Loved our stay in this condo. The furniture, decor, and bathrooms were modern and nicely decorated. Toiletries were provided with ample towels. Overall a very comfortable stay and a great option if you are looking for a place to stay that doesn't require a 5 night minimum.Location is also super convenient, right behind Mama's fish house and a very short drive to downtown Paia. We did morning runs to Baldwin beach and the little store that is walkable distance nearby (Kuau Store) was great for coffee and some small eats. We will definitely book here again. Paia is one of my fave little towns in Maui!

Everything was perfect! The apartment is clean, well located, newly renovated, well furnished and the view is amazing! Don’t hesitate.

It was exactly as listed, very beautiful and the view was amazing. We were worried about the elevators since we read they were renovating one at a time, but we had no issues and they were quick. An umbrella for the beach would be nice to have.

Great location with lots of sights to go to. Would stay here again
