Listing was accurate and we enjoyed the cleanliness and location. There is work being done on the elevators so the only complaint was the long waits for an available elevator, but otherwise it’s a nice and safe building. Would stay again for sure.
The views of the marina and open ocean beyond were the best! We also enjoyed Friday night fireworks from the balcony and saw whales with binoculars. The unit is modern, clean, well-designed, and very comfortable, especially the bed! The sofa has wooden separators between the cushions and that was the only strange feature. Parking was convenient for a nightly fee and we needed some assistance on how to pay, but there was someone available to help us. Maybe the management can provide clear instructions on the parking payment process. Communications with Midway Vacations was great! We didn't use the laundry facilities on a different floor, so I cannot comment on that. We also enjoyed the Sao Paolo pizzeria in the building for pizza, salads, and cocktails. I highly recommend staying here for convenient access to Ala Moana mall, Waikiki beach hotels, restaurants, and shops, as well as access to freeways to get to other parts of the island.
The condo was as advertised. It was practically walk-in ready. You just needed to bring you and your family. Great location! Highly recommend.
The location is only a few (3 clocks) from the beach. You are almost right un the heart of the shopping. We slept with the air off and patio doors open ever night. It was fantastic.We were coming in quite late, so I emailed property company for some instructions as we were renting a car. They responded promptly and included our parking instructions and where to go along with the code. Excellent experience.
The Waikiki Banyan was in a good location, just a block from the beach. We enjoyed the view of the water from our condo, and the parking garage was an added bonus. The condo was very nice and the beds were comfortable. We had a really nice vacation.

beautiful views and great location. the air conditioning in the unit seems a little week and the sliding door to the balcony is hard to slide. otherwise greaat stay.
Property was very quiet. the location was perfect, close to the beach and within walking distance of many eateries and shops. Unit supplied all the beach gear to take back and forth to the beach. Pool and hot tub is a nice plus. Also liked the king bed option and in unit washer and dryer. Great place to stay!
This flat was amazing. View and cleanliness was spot on! Location was perfect for waikiki area and parking is handy.Thank goodness for the window air conditioner as it gets hot during the day and you will need to close the blackout drapes.Description was accurate. Sofa bed was handy. Would stay again.
The place was in immaculate condition. The view was stunning. Close to some great restaurants. 2 blocks from the beach. The bed was amazing and we slept great!
Great view of Diamondhead and the ocean. The pool and hot tub were great. A short walk to the beach and the main drag. Building is well insulated from nearby units. Very happy!
The 37th floor gives a terrific view of Diamond Head and the ocean. We used the public bus system for 16 of 17 days and rented a car just 1 day for an island tour. You can get anywhere you want to go with a bus just 1/2 block from the Banyan. Great parks nearby, the beach is just 1 block away, and stores and restaurants are abundant.
We enjoy staying at this renovated unit that was a short walk to the action. Communication was great, as was check in.
Words cannot express what a wonderful time we had there. The unit was clean comfortable and the view of Diamondhead was breathtaking. The place is 2 blocks from the beach and the area is vibrant and safe. There was a problem with the T.V. which they could not fix but they communicated their attempt through the process. The bed was very comfortable, and that is what made the stay so enjoyable since we were on the go all the time. The A.C. works best if you set the standing fan in front of it and circulate the air up toward the ceiling. Also keep the curtains closed while you are out because that side of the building gets alot of sun.
Overall great place to stay. Beautiful view of Diamond Head and the ocean. Great location you can walk to anything in Waikiki and 2 blocks to th beach. Free parking is a bonus.blockstonthe beach.
Beautiful location, close to wonderful food trucks and restaurants, easy walk to the beach. Room was wonderful, clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We came to Waikiki to see the sights of Oahu- the condo location was walkable to the beach and many restaurants / shops. The included parking was a great amenity as parking is difficult/expensive here. We could see the sunset from the lanai and street noise was minimal on the 29th floor.We didn’t use the pool as we preferred the beach but it looked nice.We took the bus across the street to hike diamond head and were picked up down the block for a Pearl Harbor tour. I would recommend to folks looking for convenience to the Waikiki attractions.The condo was clean and well appointed - great WiFi and TV for streaming.Would stay again if we come back!
