We rented this condo with an amazing view. It is very centrally located to the beach, the zoo, the aquarium, shopping, restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance even though they provide parking. The staff responds to any request immediately. I will book again in the future.

This is a nice building a few blocks from the beach. Very happy with the space. Parking is a great plus. Plus laundry on each floor with app to pay was a great plus, will pack less next time.

Family had a great time. Accommodations were great, I wish they would have let us know that there is construction going on with the elevators in the building, so access to the elevators were an issue during our stay, at busy times we waited almost 35 minutes for an elevator and being on a very high floor it was difficult to carry things up and down the stairs using the stair staircase.. but the apartment was great, we had a great time and it was a great location to beach and restaurants.

We loved the location, and the unit itself, but the hallway and front door were worn out and did not do justice to what was inside.A note to future travellers, the listing is accurate so if you are expecting a dishwasher, there isn't one (and it isn't in the listing). And the laundry is a common one on each floor, not in the unit itself.The pool wasn't very busy, but the two hot tubs were always full. The sauna was great!

This was a great location for us. Having parking was wonderful.

We had a great time in this place in the heart of Waikiki. Restaurants and shopping were VERY close by and the place had great views. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.Thanks for such a terrific stay!

A beautiful property that is minutes away from the ocean. A family of 4 fits perfectly in this property with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.

Location can’t be beat. Across the street from the beach and close to shops and restaurants.

It was wonderful. I do recommend it, if giving the change will do again.

Nice location, good view, clean and quiet

The listing was accurate and communication with the host was quick and easy. The building and elevators are little run down, but the actual room was great. We don’t spend too much time in our room when we vacation, but this place has such a beautiful view of diamond head, we found ourselves looking out the window a lot. Location is great as well, the free parking was helpful and anything Waikīkī is walking distance.

Incredible views and perfect location!

The place was very clean and a great choice. It was in a wonderful location and worked out so well for my two kids. Check in was great and secure and emails were detailed. I would stay here again.

Overall an excellent condo with 2 queen beds. Pros: Excellent ocean view. The condo is clean and well equipped (utensils for meal, paper towel, toilet paper, etc.) (You only need to buy shampoo, conditioner, and body wash)Beach towels (plus regular towels) for each of person.Parking is included. (Just go directly to 4th floor)The condo is at a very High floor. (So, no trouble going down the elevator)Good communications from the management company before the trip and towards the end of the rental period.Cons:Nothing really. Just need to be patient for the elevator going back up to the condo. It will come eventually with enough space for your party. 100% will stay here again.

Has a great time staying at the Waikiki Banyan over the holiday. The room was great for the price and although we didn’t use the pool/hotub it seemed that all who did had a great time. Thanks!

The listing is exactly how the condo looks once you arrive! We were a block from the beach and walked all over Waikiki! We enjoyed the free parking which made traveling all over the island easy! We always had parking and felt comfortable! Security was great especially after we witnessed a fight break out at the entrance of the parking garage. The room is as described, always hot water and the water pressure in the shower is amazing! Few issues that needed fixed, the outlets near the bed do not work, no hair dryer which both were not a Problem because there are plenty of plug ins everywhere. Surround sound does not have a remote? You get one small blanket otherwise you sleep with a thin sheet. I do not like that you only get two beach towels and two normal towels for your entire stay. It costs more to get extra which for the price we pay is ridiculous. The washer and dryers are not efficient and require multiple times to dry towels. Trash Shute was easy to access at the end of the hall. Let’s talk about the electors. There are a total of 4 and usually only 2 work. You are crammed in like sardines. People waited anywhere from 45 to 1 1/2 hours to get on one. On the top floor you wait a long time. The workers are very rude when it comes to elevators, they will squeeze on one with their carts and do not care. Truly rude for people who pay a lot of money to stay at your place.Otherwise perfect stay! Would stay here again

This unit has been completely renovated on the inside with beautiful, modern design. Two large main suites, each with an attached elegant bathroom. Hardwood floors throughout. It was very clean and we were able to relax in comfort, would stay there again!. A one block walk to Mama's Fish House, 5-10 min drive to go into beaches and shopping in Paia. Love this side of the island.

Small but amazing place tucked away in just the right place. A few blocks to the beach, zoo. And all the shops. Easy access to the H-1 for getting around the island and seeing the sights. Great amenities and a responsive and caring management staff. The kitchen was a huge plus as a family as eating out every day is not affordable. The teenagers had no complaints about the pullout bed, so the unit really does sleep four comfortably. Only downside are the parking garage and elevators...you can end up waiting 15 min for an elevator during peak times. Note that the parking garage height warning is real! The ceiling is low, low riding sports cars will bottom out if you don't go slow enough and the parking spaces are narrow. But it is very doable and never had an issue getting a parking space. Included onsite parking is a huge plus! Great stay overall, highly recommend :)

Great location to walk around city life & the beach, and just minutes away from a huge park with long walking/jogging trail.
