We just home from a 9 night stay at Waikiki Sunset. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The little amenities like dish soap, new sponge, little shampoos and body wash were great additions. The primary bed was very comfortable and the owners were quick to respond. A two block walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. When we go back to Waikiki we will definitely stay at Waikiki Sunset!

The apartment is located in an old building, but the apartment itself has been nicely renovated. Air conditioning works great in all rooms. Noises from the town traffic are not an issue during evening and overnight. Conveniently located to walking distance from most of Waikiki amenities. Elevators take forever to go up and down, but it’s due to being part of the old building. Parking free is awesome. Will certainly stay again! As advertised.

37th floor facing the mountains provided a great view. AC and fans worked. Figured out that the metal bar needed to be in a horizontal position for the ice maker to function. Unit was clean. Parking pass and key were on the kitchen table in plain site. Instructions for departure were printed and clear. Management company were very helpful and timely in answering my questions. All in all an excellent stay.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo had everything we needed during our trip. Master bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms had plenty of towels and there were beach chairs as well as an ice chest to use on the days we spent at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!!

This is our 2nd time to stay in the Sunset building (not this particular room but the building). Everything is as described in the post. Kitchen is adequately stocked (although I didn’t cook any). The king size bed is comfortable and you can set on the lanai and enjoy the trade winds. It’s centrally located and we walked to Dennys on two separate occasions for breakfast. Parking is excluded with the room cost. Communication with the host is prompt. I highly recommend this place if you’re heading to Honolulu.

Located nicely to get to many of the activities in the area. Would recommend.

Have not been back since Feb 2020 and it was a delight to stay in this unit/property. The view is superb, clear view of Diamond Head. Great for watching sunrises and hearing the roosters. Awesome to have laundry in the unit and the bed and sofas were so comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!!

Lots of room, convenient location and easy access

It was very clean, had enough supplies for us for the 10 days we were here. Great view. Nice ambiance in lobby area. Pool and hot tub were fun.

Very close to Waikiki Beach and good shopping. Has all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at this property. Great location to everything. Laundry is not in the unit but right down the hall and it was convenient. We loved the restaurant and food/shop options right at the property as well.

Stayed two nights in Honolulu before our Hawaiian cruise. Enjoyed the condo and the location was ideal.

Beautiful place with a great location to walk everywhere. Having the parking was a huge plus! The only recommendation is an eye mask. With the time difference and city lights we had a difficult time sleeping through the night to check if it was morning.

We were fortunate to find this condo just a few days before our trip and were excited to see it was still available. The online descriptions and reviews were accurate. From the bedroom and living room/lanai you have gorgeous ocean views / sunsets and from the kitchen you can see Diamond Head. The condo was spacious for my husband and myself - including the well stocked kitchen, beautiful living/dining room, comfortable king size bed, and bathroom with plenty of counter space, storage cabinets, and bathroom amenities that would rivaled any high-end hotel. Really appreciated the included parking permit for the garage as it would have cost $35 to $45 at a hotel (with no guarantee of getting a space), as well as the included cooler which we used daily. The AC unit worked great and there were no issues with sound from any of the other units or the next door laundry room. Other reviews mentioned that work was being done on the elevators but we had no impacts or lines while we were there (4 nights in mid-September). Midway Vacations, the property management company, was very responsive and we were pleased with our interface with them. Overall, it’s a beautiful corner condo on the 26th floor with gorgeous views that we would stay in again and would also highly recommend to others.

Loved the parking access
