Enjoyed the condo though smaller than we thought it would be. Kitchen was reasonably stovked but no dishes to cook in the oven with. No dishwasher either but was.close walkbto the beach.

Property and management team are great and very responsive. Only down side is the elevators, would often wait 10-15 minutes for an elevator, which can be very frustrating, especially when cold and wet from pool or beach. Renovation project noted as being complete in November, so would come back after that’s finished. No sauna or restrooms available by pool.

The unit was just as described. The location was amazing. We could not have been happier.

We had some issue with the patio door, the next morning somebody came to do the reparation.
We enjoy to stay at the banyan.

The perfect spot for a family vacation! Clean and more spacious than a hotel room and just a short walk to the beach. We were able to make good use of the facilities, making breakfast in the room, free parking and a good pool for our daughter to play in.

Terrific location at quiet end of Waikiki. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.. including a view of Diamond Head and the ocean. The agents are very responsive.

We had a fantastic time staying here! The property was clean, super easy check in, elevators worked well, view from balcony was beautiful, great kitchen set up, loved the privacy doors, and overall good location! Would recommend! Pool and hot tub were great too!

Great stay, great hosts!! ONE BLOCK from the beach and the zoo!! Great communication all week. Easy check in and check out. Garage was great. Can’t wait to come back!!!

This condo is fully equipped with all the essentials. It’s also very spacious and the AC unit works very well for those HOT days in Maui. The location is right in the heart of Kihei surrounded by eateries and shops.
Would definitely recommend this place!

Clean, nicely prepared ocean view room, located in convenient Waikiki area. On Friday, I heard people's loud voices at midnight on hallway.
There’s a minimart at 1F where we can buy all necessaries.
A bit small 1 BR for 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 teenagers with 2 beds and one sofa bed.
As previous guests mentioned parking slots are small for SUVs, watch out height. One of the four elevators was under construction, lower level guests cannot squeeze into during busy hours.
Enjoyed BBQ area. Midway person responded very promptly, when ansked questions.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay on Oahu.

We enjoyed the condo, had everything we needed! Good location, glad parking was included! The laundry room does have an app you can download on your phone to pay, you dont have to get quarters for laundry! The market in the building was very convenient for water and snacks. Also you can rent a beach umbrella at the market!

We loved staying in this unit. There was plenty of space for me, my husband and 11 year old daughter. The condo seems newly renovated and had a very nice big kitchen with an island that made cooking easy. It also had really tall ceilings which added to the spacious feeling. The mountain view from the lanai was beautiful. And even had a peekaboo ocean view off to the right. We appreciated that they had nicer lanai lounge chairs to make enjoying the view with a glass of wine more comfortable. The bedroom is a good size with sliding doors that close it off from the main living area for privacy. There is also a desk and chair with a nice window view of the mountains. This was one of the reasons I chose this condo since I had to do some work the first week I was there. Our daughter slept on the pullout couch which was fairly comfortable as far as pullout couches go (tip: make sure you pull the section up at the top where your head goes, otherwise you head will be angled down. We did not realize this until the last day). The only con was the elevators. We knew in advance that they were doing work on them so that there would be longer wait times, but it often took a while to get down and the elevators would be packed with people. But everything else was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great having parking included! The elevator situation is a little challenging at times. Wait times can be excessive as there was a broken elevator as well. But overall great location and condo itself was very clean and comfortable with excellent amenities.

Amazing ocean view, great location, everything you need for a wonderful stay in Waikiki. Free easy plentiful parking!! Check in process and communication with host was excellent and door key code is very convenient. Coffee shop in lobby of building makes excellent lattes and breakfast sandwiches if you don’t want to cook yourself. Will definitely return to this condo!!
