Just posted: We were a bit early and requested an early check in. The unit was rented the evening prior so Midway was initially unable to help, which is fully understandable. They made calls and were able to help us out so that we could drop our bags and enjoy the beach.
This is the second or third time we have rented from Midway at the Banyon buildings and will continue for our annual Hawai’i vacation. We could not be happier with their proactive communication and help with questions.

Unit was in perfect condition, great view and amazing location.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as pictured and described. Great location and most places were in walking distance. Would definitely stay again if we ever head back to the area! Thank you!

Good experience

We had an amazing stay! We loved the location close to the beach and restaurants, and it was a great home base for us to explore Oahu. The apartment had everything we needed and was decorated so well!

This location was great. Just one block from Wikiki beach, and lots of great places to go out to eat near by. It was a short drive to the grocery store but easy to get to on your way from the H1. The place was clean and well kept.

Great kitchen and balcony view to get your day started or have a quick lunch. The bedroom gets warm if you leave the bedroom door shut. A/C unit is in the living room. Everything else was perfect. I didn’t mind the short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed the pool and hottub. The location was great! The unit was clean and very well equipped.

Great location. Easy check in. Nice having an a/c and a fan. 5 star property. I loved this place. Very relaxing.

Everything was ok with the apt . Perfect view and location .
The building alarm when off on the middle of the night, a little scary for the kids to wake up like that but overall will go back to this place.

To find a place in Honolulu close to the beach with parking and with such spectacular views for this price is unheard of. My husband, two elementary age boys and I stayed here a couple days and it was a great home base. We visited, the beach, the museum and shops- all within walking distance. We also took day trips up to Haleiwa and the Polynesian Cultural Center. This spot was easy access to just jump on the highways as well. We would definitely stay here again. Enjoy!

We booked this unit for our parents who came with us to Waikiki. They had a lovely experience at the Banyan and would recommend the unit to others. It was quiet and clean. Loved the high ceilings and decor. Fully equipped kitchen although the shower could benefit from a shower caddy. Perfect location and great views! Thank you for everything.

Place is close to Waikiki beach and major evening activities for Waikiki area. Apartment is well furnished, lot of small stuff/supplies provided for several days, management reacted fast when there was a need to solve some small maintenance related problems.

We enjoyed our 8 night stay here. The corner end unit has a stunning view of Diamond Head. From the bedroom, you can also see Waikiki Beach. Waikiki Banyan is walking distance to the beach and to many shops and eateries. We also appreciated the parking accommodations. We look forward to staying here again!

Nice property. Very easy check-in. Beautiful grounds right on the beach. Perfect for coffee in the morning and glass of wine at sunset. Saw whales everyday and watched green sea turtles come onto the beach to rest at night. Nice swimming here for all ages. Didnt cook much but seemed like unit had ample cookware and dishes. Very clean grills by the pool. Within walking distance to many restaurants. 1/2 block to grocery store. One concern that property managers resolved immediately. Would definitely book again.

This place had such a homey feeling to it. The views were gorgeous, bed was comfortable, and the room was clean! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will most definitely be back!

This had not been our first choice in a place stay for our first trip to Maui, but we had booked late and not much was available to suit our needs. However, despite the cost (it was over what we had budgeted), we were very pleased with both the accommodations (definitely roomy and super clean) and the location. I know that most people like to stay on the east or south side, but Paia is a great location for driving the road to Hana and for trips to Haleakala (we made two...one for sunset and one for hiking the Sliding Sands trail). We also loved being somewhat close to the airport, Costco, Safeway, and Wailuku (where we visited friends AND did the amazing Flyin' Hawaiian Zipline!), Ho'okipa Beach (the turtles!), and Mama's Fish House (where we discovered you don't need to make online reservations if you're fine with sitting in the lounge area for your meal) and Mama's Fish House Beach (amazing tide pools and the occasional turtle). We would definitely stay here again!

Place was great! Clean, quiet, bed was super comfy and short distance to beach and restaurants/shopping. Easy check in/ checkout and everyone was nice! Will definitely stay here again.
