The unit was clean and close to shopping centers , beaches and eateries. Fire works view from the suite
was an extra bonus.

WOW x 2 actually, since that is the first word out of our mouths when we walked in the door.

PROS: The space is beautiful, clean updated, the unobstructed view of the marina and ocean from the bedroom and living area is glorious! GLORIOUS! Sunsets.. spectacular!
Location is perfect if you are not in to the "touristy, noisy, busy, crowded beaches" of Waikiki. However, it was a quick RideShare trip to Waikiki. The Ilikai Marina is near local pubs/restaurants, two on the bottom levels in fact, also the Ala Moana Mall which has EVERYTHING. There are a few hotels in the next blocks with spas/bakeries/restaurants etc. Just a quick 3-5 min walk to the beach. On Friday eves there is a fireworks show that is visible from the lanai.

We used Ride Share quite a bit since the garage is $35 p/day and we didn't think we needed a car every day for a week. However, there is a Rental Car/Share company called Hui which is so convenient. You reserve a car for a few hours or an entire day by downloading an APP on your smart phone, pay, and then go to the 5th floor of the garage to access your vehicle. Hui pays for parking and gas! You just take the car right back to where you started and it's all on the 5th floor of the Ilikai Marina garage, it was so easy and a great way to get around especially if you want to drive the island.

Cons: THERE ARE NO CONS! This place was perfect for us! A+ We will be back!

Nicely updated condo

Property is great, exactly as described. Communication about the rental is top notch. Close to the beach, restaurants, and everything else. Highly recommend this property . Also, the coin operated washing machines use the PayRange app and were very easy to use. Laundry was easy and no need to overpack.

Room and place was amazing! Highly recommend for anyone coming to Hawaii. Central location and newly renovated.

This rental was very clean, looked exactly like the pictures and had great views of the ocean, city and mountains . Check in was easy and host was very quick to answer questions if needed. Location was perfect and we had everything with needed for the week. Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment. Beach chairs were a great perk.

Everything was good except the elevators in Tower 2 were slow. The problem was partly alleviated when the fourth elevator became operational halfway through our stay.

Overall, we loved our stay. View of Diamond Head is as advertised and it’s a short walk to the beach. Property is a little dated and pool is so so but we came for the view and the location and they did not disappoint.

I would highly recommend this location!! We truly enjoyed our time in Waikiki and this home! The condo was exactly as depicted in the advertisement and the Midway Realty, LLC was outstanding! This rental property was in the perfect location in Waikiki! We walked to the beach and restaurants every day. We found the property listing matched all of the amenities we found and we felt the unit was very well equipped. The small welcome package was a bonus. Parking was perfect and we had no issues throughout our stay. While the elevators are slow, anytime we were rushed we just took the stairs down the 3 to 5 floors to the parking garage. Communication with the rental manager was excellent. We had a small issue with the shower and it was fixed the next morning. The sleeper sofa was adequate for our teenager, not terribly uncomfortable like most sleeper sofas are, but not like a real bed either - to be expected. It was windy during our time in Hawaii but somehow the surrounding building orientations in this location seemed to amplify the wind, so the pool area was almost unusable as a result, as nice as it was. The wind was always blowing around the palm trees outside our windows but when you got to the beach it was only a light breeze. Also, note that the bathroom door is inside the bedroom area and is fully louvered, which is strange. It should be replaced with a solid door for better privacy, but since we're family we managed fine. Would highly recommend this property to anyone with a party of five people, or less.

The condo was exactly what we thought it would be, well taken care of and freshly updated. Also, you can’t beat the location. We had some minor issues with our toilet but the management company was responsive via text. Would definitely visit again in the future!

his 29th floor condo has a striking view of Diamond Head, as well as views of Waikiki beach where you can watch the sunset from the room. The condo is clean, and the kitchen has all essentials. The condo was especially good for our infant. The living room is spacious for crawling, and the bedroom separator does a good job of attenuating noise for the baby to sleep.

Location is excellent, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and Ala Wai canal. The included parking is also a nice bonus for any travelers planning to venture outside Waikiki. Overall, a great rental.

Excellent stay at the Banyan as usual!! Our favorite location on Oahu!! Close to everything and parking is included!! It’s perfect!!
