The property was as described, clean and close to everything. we would definitely stay again.

Lovely unit with great views. Location is outstanding and all worked perfectly. Manager was very responsive with the one question that arose. Only problem was the weather that pretty much kept us indoors most of the second day - but it was a lovely setting to hole up in. Would stay again.

Clean, new updates, parking comes with. Sixth floor has a pool, hot tub, grills(for a small fee), play and lounge area. One block off the beach. Perfect for a small family or four good friends. The bathroom door is a big vented style door so the noises are for good friends and family! That would be my only complaint.

We had a flawless experience with Midway Realty from start to finish. Our unit was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. We really appreciated the toiletries - a nice touch. Our experience with Midway Realty was top notch - thank you Pascal, Michelle and Christian.

The rooms are clean and nice. The condos are a little tired but overall great.

Just as advertized

Loved, loved, loved this place. Nothing fancy and yes, there is lots of room to improve the look of the hallway but they thought about everything a customer would need when away from home. From the supplies in the kitchen (we didn't cook but could have easily made a meal...had stove, microwave, pots/pans, cutting board, cutlery, paper towels, trash bags, plates, cups, mugs, wine cups etc...much more...but the things we appreciated the most were the beach chairs and mini cooler. Just a suggestion would be maybe to add regular and beach umbrellas, and rain coats? I was puzzled that we had to take out our own trash when we are charged a cleaning fee? The pool was also under repair during our stay...but the free parking made up for that and we rented a car and were gone most of the time. Would definitively be back.

This property was super cute and perfect for our getaway. It’s a block away from the ocean, easy walk. I loved having a full kitchen. Thank heavens for the fan & AC! I will definitely try to stay here again in the future. It was delightful.

Excellent view from 30th floor to both beach and Diamond Head. End unit for both sunrise and sunset. Walk everywhere if staying in Waikiki. Parking is tight as noted but free! Rent a small car. COVID protocol enforced. Great alternative to a hotel. Would stay again.

We had a great, easy, convenient stay at this unit. Although the building itself is old and outdated, the unit was not. It was thoughtfully decorated, had the basics we needed to make meals at home and the views did not disappoint. I would have to say, the beds were not very comfortable, but perhaps it's also just personal preference.

The property was exactly has listed and we had no problems with any part of the rental. This is a great place with easy access to Waikiki. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Needs comfort height toilet and a bedside clock.

Really nice and clean location at Waikiki. My friend and I enjoyed our stay there. We had only two feedbacks. Easy access to power outlet in the bedroom would have been appreciated. And an extra set of comforter would have been great!

We stayed at the Waikiki Banyan for 11 days. The condo was extremely clean, and well stocked with kitchen appliances, pots pans, dishes etc. The condo comes with bath towels, face cloths, hand towels and beach towels. The condo also comes with a cooler and beach chairs. The king size bed was so comfortable and the linens were nice and soft.
The view is fantastic as is the proximity to Waikiki Beach, shopping and restaurants. The condo also comes with free parking included which was a huge plus for us.
Communication with the property manager was easy and fast. Check in and checkout were extremely easy. There is also a binder in the condo with lots of information about local restaurants, urgent care, shopping, check in and checkout procedures.
I would highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in Waikiki.

Location, location, location! Place was in the heart of Waikiki. Everything is walking distance. Convenient parking. Place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Laundry room is just a few doors down. Great place for kids, enough room for 5 of us

Excellent location in Kihei, far enough off the street to be quiet, but right near shops, restaurants, etc. Clean, spacious, surprisingly large lanai, which was quite private - no other guests can see you on the lanai. Ample parking, everything we needed for our stay. We would gladly stay there again.

Just what we needed! It was definitely nice having all the amenities of a home.
