Our stay here was great. This is a penthouse unit in the traditional sense–top floor, so there are no concerns about people above you making noise, and there is a great view (clear view from the balcony of the ocean, towards the sunset) and a significant removal from the noise below, which could be heard only faintly from the balcony, IF it was particularly loud, and not inside at all. It was clean, tidy, and well-appointed with the essentials for a few-days stay, including extra towels. We also had a maintenance request to which Midway responded very promptly, both with verbal reply and with sending about the nicest person imaginable to look at the issue. The window unit does a fine job of keeping the place cool enough–we like to have it rather cool at night, and were not uncomfortable. One thing to note–the bathroom lights can get very warm, which seemed an odd choice for a place with only a window unit, so if you stay here we advise making sure those are off when not in use.
