Neighborly Conduct: You will be staying in a privately owned property that has neighbors. Please ensure that you act in a neighborly and courteous manner towards your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. Please treat the property, its furniture, fittings, utensils and other facilities with all due care and respect. Please treat the property and the neighbors with the respect you would want others to treat yours.
No pets, no smoking (even on balcony / lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay.
Only people listed on AirBnB listing allowed in unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation there is a $100 per person extra charge. No parties or events allowed in the unit or at the pool area. Minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use building amenities.
Furnishings: Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway before check-out so that a replacement can be made. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television.

This condo was exactly what I needed for a 6-night
This condo was exactly what I needed for a 6-night solo trip to Maui. While the interior of the unit is definitely a little dated, the complex itself is quiet, well maintained/landscaped, and the location on the beach can’t be beat. The complex is easy to find, there is ample parking, and the keypad made check-in and access stress free throughout my trip. The central location in Kihei is perfect if you plan to partake on activities all over the island, though I easily could have stayed in this area as I was a short drive from many grocery stores, cafes, shops, and beaches. I took full advantage of the included beach chairs, and I cannot express enough how much I loved having beach access just steps away. I was treated to a gorgeous sunset every night of my stay, and if you look carefully you’ll see turtles popping their heads out of the water, too!

Very nice place with all the amenities. Near Makena beach and shopping. We used the bbq one night which was perfect. It was quiet and clean. Would definitely go back.

This condo was a great place for our girl’s trip. There were three of us and it was a comfortable amount of space. The location is great; walkable to the grocery store and restaurants .

A very quiet and quaint unit in north Kihei! Decent view of the ocean. The grounds are pretty and the pool is kept very clean. We used BBQ a few times and was easy to access. Beach and ocean are very close! Just steps from the pool area!
