HOW TO GET HERE:
From Kahului Airport, it’s about a 20-minute drive – Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.

Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM
Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with – one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
LAUNDRY ROOM:
Is located on the ground floor close to the pool area.

Neighborly Conduct: You will be staying in a privately owned property that has neighbors. Please ensure that you act in a neighborly and courteous manner towards your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. Please treat the property, its furniture, fittings, utensils and other facilities with all due care and respect. Please treat the property and the neighbors with the respect you would want others to treat yours.
No pets, no smoking (even on balcony / lanai). $250 minimum fee if you smoke in the unit during your stay.
Only people listed on AirBnB listing allowed in unit without prior permission. If you have more people in the unit without permission than on your reservation there is a $100 per person extra charge. No parties or events allowed in the unit or at the pool area. Minimum fine for unauthorized events will be $500 + condo association fine for cleanup. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use building amenities.
Furnishings: Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, kitchen equipment, utensils or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be moved. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to you. All contents of the home are the property of the owner. If something should break, you must notify Midway before check-out so that a replacement can be made. Guests are not permitted to alter the wiring of the television.
INDEMNITY. GUEST SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES (“RELEASED PARTIES”), FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, SUITS, DAMAGES, COSTS, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ALL ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND LEGAL EXPENSES, INCURRED BY ANY OR ALL OF THEM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR RENTAL, OR USE OF ANY AMENITIES, COMMON AREAS, POOLS, HOT TUBS, SPAS, SAUNAS, BALCONIES, CONTENTS, BODY BOARDS, BEACH CHAIRS, SNORKELS, OR ANY OTHER ACCESSORIES.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER, MANAGER, THE AOAO, OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGE, THEFT, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR RENTAL. This condo was exactly what I needed for a 6-night solo trip to Maui. While the interior of the unit is definitely a little dated, the complex itself is quiet, well maintained/landscaped, and the location on the beach can’t be beat. The complex is easy to find, there is ample parking, and the keypad made check-in and access stress free throughout my trip. The central location in Kihei is perfect if you plan to partake on activities all over the island, though I easily could have stayed in this area as I was a short drive from many grocery stores, cafes, shops, and beaches. I took full advantage of the included beach chairs, and I cannot express enough how much I loved having beach access just steps away. I was treated to a gorgeous sunset every night of my stay, and if you look carefully you’ll see turtles popping their heads out of the water, too!
