The location was great we walked to to restaurants and there is plenty of shopping

Communication and paper work was easy to do and having easy check in instructions made the experience more enjoyable.

The Banyan was in a great location and the room was clean and spacious. The kitchen renovation was done well, the linens were clean, and all the supplies were there. The bathroom tub/toilet were a bit dated but the sink area was renovated. The included parking was huge! No comment on the tv because it was never even turned on. Overall we were all pleased with the property and the reservation process. The property managers were very clear with all the details! Thank you!

The condo was exactly as it was listed. It was very clean, it included parking, the lanai has a partial view of Waikiki beach and a partial view of Diamond Head, there's a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and a playset on the 6th floor and it was a 5 min walk to the beach. We had plenty of bath towels and beach towels (we would air-dry the beach towels on the lanai) and the kitchen was well equipped.
Our kids (10 and 6) shared the pull out bed and they slept fine. I would imagine that a bigger person might not be too comfortable on it and it is creaky. Multiple food trucks and restaurants (poke, Korean bbq, musubi, etc) were within walking distance. The laundry was just down the hall and you pay by app. There's only 1 washer and 1 dryer so if it was being used, we'd try the ones one floor up or one floor down. This condo was a great base for exploring Waikiki and Oahu and if we're ever in Oahu again, we would definitely try to get this rental again. My only small request would be a doormat because you end up tracking sand all over.

Beautiful, clean 1-bedroom within walking distance to Waikiki Beach and fabulous restaurants! Highly recommend!

Was here with my mom and daughter. We were here to move my daughter into the dorms at UH Manoa. Can walk to Waikiki Beach and shops. I would definitely come back.

Wonderful studio apartment, FREE indoor parking, clean and fresh furniture, pool & beach towels provided, and a great location. This place was perfect for our 4 day Honolulu trip before going on to Kona.

Listing is on point. Centrally located in Waikiki and a short walk to the beach. Property has excellent views and close to restaurants and attractions. Would definitely rent again.

We rented this unit for our 20th anniversary trip to Hawaii. The unit was exactly as described including the great view from the lanai. No car rental needed, everything was withing walking distance! There are day rentals available at numerous locations nearby too if you want to rent a jeep and head up to the north shore (we did!) Great week spent and looking forward to coming back some day! (SOON)

The property was centrally located and was very enjoyable.

Excellent location! Absolutely stunning view of Diamond Head from the living room and lanai. Short walk to Waikiki beach, restaurants and shopping. The property had everything we needed: comfortable beds, full kitchen w/counter seating, pull out sofa bed, and great parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay (45 days). It felt like a home away from home!

Impressed mountain view. Actually I booked a room with ocean view but I was switched to the Mountain View room due to the previous room has piping flooding issue. Fortunately the room is very nice, cleaning, organizing, and convenient. There are enough supplies in this room, such as, towels, bedding, bathroom supplies, and kitchen supplies. This is very good vacation room.

Great location and easy access to laundry/trash rooms. A/C unit worked great. Free parking was awesome. Place was well stocked and the only knock was the shower curtain could use a replacement.

We are from a neighboring island, Molokai. We had some Dr appts. Also celebrating my birthday. It is a great location for restaurants and beach. The condo is well equipped for cooking, the 2 TVs were great. Very comfortable condo, very clean. I appreciated having the Ninja blender so I could fix my protein shake each morning. Nice coffeemaker and electric tea kettle also. This was much better than staying in a hotel. Good size for 2 people or a small family. Might be a bit small for 4 adults. I can recommend this condo and we would stay here again.

A great location. Amazing views from the room. Super easy check in and check out process. Car parking included was a huge bonus. Adequate space for a family with 3 big kids. Good kitchen. The one thing that could be improved is the quality of the mattress in the fold out sofa, it was a bit thin. But would definitely stay here in the future. Highly recommend this accomodation
