The place is nice and clean. The location is perfect if you like the beach - minutes away from Wakiki beach. The view of the balcony was already breathtaking.

Super clean property with great location.

This is a beautiful unit on the top floor of the Banyan Tower 2 facing the ocean. It is clean and well furnished. Bed is comfortable and it is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay - just a couple of blocks from the beach.

First time renting through Vrbo and it was such an easy, accommodating, stress free experience! My family and I enjoyed our stay! Check in and out was a breeze! Having the parking pass available saved so much time! The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. We dined in majority of our stay! The view was amazing from the room and balcony! Location was ideal, just on the outskirts of Waiks! Less traffic being a block away from Kapahulu Ave so if ya need to get outta town quick, H1 is right there. Just a few minutes walk to the beach too. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit! Thank you!

This is a great little place to stay while in Waikiki. The apartment has excellent views of the ocean/beach on one side and diamond head on the other. The a/c functions well and kept us comfortable. Internet can be slow at times during peak hours (and even my verizon 5G connection was very slow). Location is excellent - close to everything you'd want in Waikiki and just a short drive to H1. The apartment was clean, though I don't think the floor has ever been mopped (Swiffer just isn't the same...). Kitchen has everything you'd need for a visit and the bathroom had a hair dryer but no plug nearby! Garage parking is tight but available and make sure to take the garage key if coming in late (security locks doors for safety after hours). There is a laundry room right next to this apt which is extremely convenient, and you can pay for it via a phone app, so no coins needed.

Overall, I would stay here again.

It’s a great location. The unit is well maintained, beautiful view of the ocean. Convenient parking. Washer/ Dryer on same floor. Just keep bigger bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion 😀.

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour au Waikiki Banyan. Nous avons utilisé le lit et le sofa-lit et tout le monde a bien dormi. Il fait un peu claire le matin, nous avions de lous et problème reglé! La chambre est située à un coin de rue de la plage et de plusieurs accommodements (restaurants, magasins, etc). Nous n’avons eu aucune difficulté avec l’accès à la chambre ou au stationnement, nous avons même trouvé très commode d’avoir un simple code pour entrer dans la chambre plutôt qu’une clé!
La piscine est à l’étage en dessous, ainsi que les barbecue au coût de 2$, mais il n’y a pas trop de bruit malgré tout.

This place was excellent in every way, location, comfort, and amenities. I highly recommend this unit if you are headed to Honolulu.

I stayed for a night at this property and it was perfect for what I needed. It is clean, comfortably sleeps 4 with additional space (the outdoor lanai was great!), the pool has a beautiful ocean view, and is conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants, and center of Waikiki! I would definitely stay here again for the price and amenities.

only a few blocks away from the excitement and beauty of waikiki beach. good sized unit as my two teens want their own bed so it was nice to have the pull out couch in addition to the two full sized beds. nice to have a kitchen also. great views of the pool and you can see the ocean between buildings! we definitely would stay again!

Property was just as described! Beautiful location walking distance to the beach and delicious food. Check in and out procedures were very clear and simple. Will definitely be back on our next visit!

Stayed here for four nights for a family wedding. Clean, well-stocked condo. Pack n' play was there at the condo upon arrival. Clean space with comfortable bed. A little dated/could use an update, but overall very nice. Conveniently located to the beach and main downtown area. The aquarium and zoo are also a short walk. Overall, would highly recommend especially with little children. Conveniently located laundry on each floor. 6th floor has outdoor playground.

Excellent home base for an extended stay

The condo was spacious and clean the building was well kept and if ever in need of help the front office people were always there to help. The condo is close to everything beach, restaurants and entertainment. Also to abc stores for when you are running low on something.

Location was super! Close to beach, restaurants, shopping! Views from balcony were wonderful day & night!
