At check-in, the property was very clean & looked just like the photos. All of the furniture was nice, and the rice cooker included in the kitchen was very convenient. We enjoyed tons of natural light and great views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach.
The check-in/check-out processes were very easy. Parking was easy also - even though it's unassigned, we never had any trouble finding a space (although we also arrived back before dark).
Parking door key needs a little more information, we figured it out after discovering locked door! But someone else came by a few seconds later and laughed and said that happen to them the day before and they let us in. Otherwise it was great!
The apartment was perfect for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids (12 & 14). Location is key, and you are walking distance from everything Waikiki has to offer. It was also super helpful to have parking included. We never used the pool (our tween and teen thought it was a little too small), but we spent most of our time at the Waikiki beaches and traveling to the gorgeous beaches on the east side, like Lanakai. So, it was a perfect home base for us. Honestly, though, the most impressive aspect of the stay was the communication with the property managers! They were helpful and accommodating and available from start to finish and made the entire process very smooth. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Waikiki - Mahalo!
We thoroughly enjoyed or stay at Waikiki! Check in was a breeze and the property was clean. The open shower was beautiful but made it a little difficult to contain the shower spray to the shower. I would recommend this property.
The room was exactly as pictured on the website. We would book it again.
This place I’d highly recommend. Close to everything but not in the thick of Waikiki. Beautiful views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach. Great to have parking available. Clean. The building is older then I expected but still taken care of.
Water pressure is terrible and elevator can take 15 minutes to get down. Neither are a big deal and we would stay here again. Clean, great location, incredible view, and comfortable bed.

The condo we stayed at wasn’t the one we booked online but in some aspects it was better because the bathroom was separate from the bedroom so the couple on the sleeper sofa didn’t disturb the other couple in the bedroom. The location was great. The sleeper sofa mattress was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed to find only 2 chairs on the lanai and only 2 beach chairs as 4 adults stayed in the condo. Also the instructions about the parking pass and the fob weren’t accurate but security explained the correct procedures and we had no problems. We’d recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Waikiki.
Die Wohnung im 27. Stock bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf den Pazifik und ist mit allen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt um die Ecke ist der Waikiki Beach. Parken ist kostenfrei, bei den exorbitanten Parkpreisen in Waikiki ein absolutes Plus. Wir können das Appartment nut weiterempfehlen!
The place was nice and clean. I loved the bathroom remodel with the shower "rain" head . Nice to have all the room darkening shades too.
We had a quick stay in the unit which was renovated right before our arrival - looked like the flooring, kitchen cabinets and microwave were brand new. The view was excellent, and free parking in Honolulu is always a plus. The host company has amazing staff, too. If we come back in the future, this will definitely be our first choice!
Amazing experience! We had a great stay. I was a little concerned by previous reviews mentioning the bedroom being warm, but we used the fan provided in the unit and had no issues. We loved having the free parking, and the location was perfect. I can’t say enough about the staff. I had to coordinate a few things with the host company before arrival and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back!
Very happy except Sofia couch was a bit uncomfortable
We couldn't have been happier. The location is amazing, place homey and comfortable. Everything you could want or need an easy walking distance and the free parking was a huge bonus. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
The only draw back to this property is there are just 4 elevators for a 38 story tower. During our stay, periodically 2 of the elevators would be locked off for construction work. This would result in very long waits for an elevator.
Overall, a very nice property with nice amenities and a great location.
The condo was exactly the way it is pictured with on line. The location was great, a short walk to the beach and shopping. Full kitchen, Plenty of towels, nice shower, and Netflix was readily
available. The view was stunning from the balcony. I would definitely stay there again.
We both liked the condo as well as the location. It's only 1-2 blocks from the ocean and it's basically as in the pictures. The Banyan pool isn't very high end and there was an elevator problem, but that didn't diminish our stay at all. Parking is free, and like to point out that the condo was really clean. Thanks!
The property was well maintained and in a decent neighborhood. It was clean. No complaints. The parking guards are really diligent.
