Very user friendly experience

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed all the property had to offer including the location, amazing views of Diamond Head, access to Waikiki and the rest of the island, pool, and parking. Great property overall.

It is a great place to stay, location is perfect. Free parking pass was so convenient. The room itself was excellent. Very clean and had all amenities that you need. We had a great time and absolutely stay here again.

Great location for closeness to beach, restaurant, shopping, and attractions. Parking is also included which is a huge plus. Beds were comfy, view was nice, property well kept. Great value overall!

Excellent we enjoyed our staycation, excellent check in system and parking included is a plus. Building feels really safe. It was just perfect!

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was spacious. We have stayed at the Waikiki Banyan several times before. View was pretty good. Bathroom is rather small, but they all are at the Banyan. Plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Just would have been nice to have more spices. We brought some of our own. Brought our own coffee and some spices. Everything else was great. Easy entry with key pad. Always put the key on your keychain for the doors that go to the elevators, because they lock the door at night … then you would have to take the stairs. Mahalo Midway!

This place is updated and beautiful with a fabulous view. Check in and check out was super easy and it was really nice to have parking and be so close to the beach. We would definitely want to stay here again.

Lovely condo with a beautiful view of Waikiki and Diamond Head. Great location close to beach, shopping, restaurants. The only negative was that contractors were working on the roof directly above/beside our condo...the sawzall and hammers were annoying...

We stayed with our three children 12,9,7 and this was perfect! The view is amazing!! You get to see the sunrise every morning and a great view of the ocean! The kitchen had all the necessities. It could have used some Saran Wrap, Tin foil and zip lock bags but no a huge problem just things you don’t think to grab when getting groceries. Rooms were a good size. I did laundry once (which is in same floor) to wash some towels and few clothes. Elevators were fast. Location is very central, 3 minute walk to beach. Our kids really enjoyed the pool area as well. Overall great experience I would stay here again!

First, there were 2 actual beds and they were very comfortable. The Waikiki Banyan is very conveniently located near the beach, trolly stops, bus routes and restaurants. The view of Diamondhead was spectacular with great sunrises and sunsets. It was perfect for our dream vacation!

The Waikiki Banyan was exactly the way it is depicted in the ad. The room was very clean and had enough space for the 4 of us to be comfortable. The beds were perfect and the room stayed cool with the AC. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and clean as well. Wished the pool was open till 11pm instead of 9pm.
My only suggestions would be to have a few extra blankets and measuring cups/spoons. Also unsure if owner has any control over this but the water pressure in the shower is very low.
Over all we had an excellent stay and will recommend to anyone we know. We will also stay again when we return!

We had a wonderful stay here for two adults. The building is older but the unit is nicely updated and was true to the photos. The windows are large and provide a wonderful view of the mountains. Communication was excellent, we had no issues with the check in process and we appreciated the ease and contactless nature of check in. The garage has ample self parking and is easy to navigate once you get a sense for the layout. There is also 4 hour guest parking available which was a huge bonus as we local friends who were able to park while visiting. Location is awesome, so close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. No dishwasher but we didn’t eat in a lot so that was no problem. Would not hesitate to stay again!

The unit we rented actually matched the description! Had a good choice of small appliances in kitchen. There were 2 beach chairs available to use which was a bonus. Great location and view of the ocean from our unit on the 27th floor. Extremely quiet in the halls. A very nice outdoor recreation area equipped with gas BBQ’s. We will definitely try to reserve this unit again. Only 2 blocks from Waikiki but you didn’t feel the crowds at the unit location 🌴

We really enjoyed this unit it was very clean, spacious, and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was very convenient only a couple blocks to the beach and very close to many restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location

This stay was perfectly located on the side of Waikiki, within very close distance to the beach and the park! The space was perfect for the 4 in my group, we loved the kitchen space and balcony. The team was also super responsive and communicative in helping us during our stay. Highly recommend!

This condo was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was stocked, the beds were comfy and the view from the lanai was wonderful!

Front desk could be more helpful and friendly but other than that nice location, nice condo, right next to the laundry room. The building could be kept more clean though; someone made a mess on the hall way dropping Cheetos every where on our floor and no one cleaned it for the whole week we were there.

Great views of Diamond Head! Nice to have key pad for easy access. Location close to beach and handy to have beach chairs supplied. Cookie shop just down the street beware they are delicious.

The property was clean, nice and comfortable. The free parking garage was wonderful. The ocean view was beautiful and just a five minute walk to the beach. Dishes, silverware, glasses/cups, and cookware were sufficient. Could have used measuring spoons and extra towels/washcloths. Overall experience was great. Thank you
