Great views and high enough to enjoy the breezes. Unit was clean and kitchen was equipped with all essentials. We went to the beach almost daily since we were 1 block away and shopping was close by. We would be happy to use this unit again during our next trip.

We were looking for an economical rent near the beach. We were not surprised that this rental was a basic room with no frills. What we really appreciated was that there was plenty of hot water for showeres...and it was hot immediately. The bed slept great and the pillows were good. The air conditioner struggled a little in the heat is the day, (we were out and playing and at the beach anyway) but provided cool sleeping throughout the night. The ocean view was great, the pool and building was well managed and maintained. An easy well located place to stay.

Had a great time. Location was perfect. Only bad thing was guy at the front desk who was an ass and wouldn’t help because we weren’t part of the hotel. Parking spots were very tight

We really enjoyed our week at this condo in Waikiki. The view to the ocean is incredible and the place was well stocked with everything we needed. The location is easy walking distance to the beach, the Honolulu zoo, and tons of restaurants, shops, and stores. No complaints from us and we honestly couldn’t have done better for the price given the amenities and location!

Everything that you see in the property description is true and totally worth it. We had absolutely 0 issues or complaints. The penthouse gives you wonderful views of the ocean and Diamond Head. If you’re looking for a great quiet location, this is it. We would stay here again!

We were pleased with this property. The best part of the whole stay was the views. From the balcony to the left,you see a magnificent sunrise from behind a mountain. Directly in front is the commanding Diamond head and to the right, the beaches. It doesn't get any better! The property was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Check in amd out was easy. We had an amazing stay.

Great view and location!

The condo was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs. We loved having access to the pool and being so close to the beach. There are so many restaurants nearby and the coffee shop near the lobby was a nice addition. Our kids loved visiting Hawaii for the first time and are eager to return! Thank you.

The condo property has a good layout with an open kitchen and big odd shaped island with some high stools. We didn’t cook but it was convenient to have a stove and full sized fridge and microwave. The only thing lacking was a dishwasher, and there were strange intermittent noises coming from the sink/fridge pipes, and a slow draining tub. The Mountain View’s from the lanai are pretty amazing, the 2 double beds are comfortable, and the pool and 2 hot tubs are great to relax in (although the small hot tubs are often quite full) so overall, the stay was fine and the condo was well stocked with sundries. Parking is open on 5 levels but the spots are very tight. Location is convenient for Waikiki.

Check-in/check-out/parking instructions were very clear. The unit was absolutely clean and we had wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean from the 34th floor. Only a block away from the beach with nice restaurants and bars close by - we loved our stay and would definitely recommend Midway Realty.

Great and safe location. Walking distance to the beach Is less than ten minutes. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Property is very clean well maintained, as was the condo. Wonderful place for a couple of family. Sliding doors in master for privacy. Kitchen has everything you need. Nice view of the ocean from the living and bedroom. View of Diamond Head from the kitchen. Opened all the windows and had a terrific cross breeze the entire time. We will definitely be back!

Very quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. My favorite part of this unit was the balcony- such an amazing view of Honolulu!

Loved this property. Clean, just as pictured. View from bedroom and lanai was amazing- mountains and part of Diamond head. Loved parking access/garage for our rental car. Very close proximity to beach and downtown Waikiki which made it very easy with an 8 year old (literally
Under 2 blocks) Had everything we needed for eating in when we chose to. Had some issues with WiFi which were quickly rectified when we advised property manager. This was everything we wanted in a rental and we would definitely rent this unit again. We feel the rental rate was exceptional as well.

This is a chill little spot to stay. Some great views and an easy to walk to the beach. Parking was a breeze at this place. The only thing I would of liked more is if the TV was on a swivel mount so you could watch from the bed. Staff I met were diligent and very nice. If I ever make it back to Oahu I’d stay thier again.

My sister, mom and I all stayed for a week, it was our first time in Hawaii and this condo was perfect! We loved how close to everything it was! So much better than staying at a hotel. I would stay here again for sure!

PROS: Very convenient to beach and food trucks. Comfortable bed, AC works well, cost (with all the add-on fees) comparable to beach front high rises w/o the traffic hassles. Quiet neighbors. Free parking definite plus.
CONS: moldy tub corners, tub coating coming off beneath dripping tub spout (have photos, cant see a way to upload). No dishwasher or garbage disposal. Kitchen sink drain piping loose and will overflow into cabinet vs sink backup. Single pane windows conduct louder street noise (think occasional evening loud motorcycles, car horns) and really warms up room on hot afternoons as afternoon sun hits windows (but AC does keep up). A supply of dish towels and hot pads would be nice vs roll pf paper towels.

The outside and hallways are a little dated but the condo itself was clean, bright and functional. Enjoyed my visit and would definitely consider staying again.

I enjoyed being so close to the water, just a short walk. Good walkable location. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to make basic meals. The lobby was nice the unit was nice the hallway was not, seemed not to match up. The beds seem to be full size, comfortable for a family with young kids but maybe not 4 adults. Nice and convenient to have parking included the spots on the street looked always full. Contactless check in and out.
