Close to everything, clean and well equipped for our stay.

We have stayed at the Banyan 4 times, and love it. Centrally located, clean and reasonably priced. Will stay there in the future.

Location, views, this one has it all. I really enjoyed our stay!

My partner and I stayed here for a week and the apartment was perfect for us. Kihei is a great central location for us to explore all parts of the island. The grounds are very well maintained and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed (beach towels, beach chairs, beach mat, umbrella, cooking/grilling equipment, spices, etc). We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the gardens/ocean from the balcony and walking out to the beach for spectacular sunsets. There are AC units in the bedroom and living room. We opted to keep the windows open for a fresh breeze and were perfectly comfortable. 100% would stay in this location again! Thank you!

Great place! Convenient and awesome location………walking distance to the beach and so much in Waikiki. Big bonus that parking was also included.

This was a great stay in Waikiki. The balcony had wonderful views. Its on the 36th floor so if you are afraid of heights, just don't look out. You are blocks away from the beach. Just a short walk. And a short walk from food trucks and other restaurants. starbucks is close bye as well. There was beach chairs which we used often. There are two full size beds and one fold out couch that is just for one person really. Maybe two young kids. That wasnt the most comfortable sleeping area, but a sleeping spot nonetheless. The fish pond downstairs was lovely for the kids to look at. The playground was under construction. We never went to the pool. The beach and other towns we enjoyed better. Parking spots are plentiful but make sure you dont have a tall car. Laundry room has one washer and one dryer for each floor. $2.50 for wash and same for dry. We brought coins but theres a app you can use to pay for use. The apartment was clean and up to date. No contact check in and check out. There was no need to contact owner so i cannot comment on service. But overall it was a nice stay. Thank you.

This property is in a great location. The beach, restaurants and stores are all in walking distance. The balcony has a great view.

This condo was in a great location and very convenient. All of the necessities were provided and the starter kit was a nice touch. Only downside was construction so the halls were torn up a bit, but otherwise the condo was good.

We stayed in the unit for a little over two weeks and enjoyed our time there! It's in a great location, while being away from the loudness in the main parts of Waikiki. We enjoyed the mountain views from our lanai. The building also has good amenities, such as gym, pool, BBQ grills, and coined (or card) laundry on every floor. Because we were working remotely from here, we cooked some meals in the unit. The kitchen/cook ware, like knives and cutting board were a little old, but it was manageable. Again, this was a comfortable and great stay! Mahalo

The house was clean and the views were fantastic. Would definitely stay again. One of the best rentals we have rented through VRBO.

Everything was great has everything you need. Needs to be updated a little on paint and bathroom but over all we had a great time .

We stayed for my daughter’s 3 rd birthday. This place was great. We even extended one more night. Would stay again.

The property is conveniently located in the south part of Waikiki and well equipped for a family of 4. We prepared breakfast daily and head to explorer the island.

Great location! Easy to walk to Waikiki beach and restaurants. Beds were super comfortable! Easy check in door code. Parking included which is a huge benefit.

Great condo. Views are great, nicely furnished and overall very comfortable stay! Convenient location and included parking a very nice perk! Hotels charge like $40/day for valet. Highly recommended!

Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was clean and incredibly well stocked for our at-home dinners! Plenty of space in the closets. AC kept the living room quite cool, although it didn't reach all the way into the bedroom, so we had to keep the fan on. Great temperature in the pool and hot tub. Parking was stress-free. We loved reclining on the balcony and watching the sunset together.
