A+ location and views from apartment, easy process, and great communication from host

We were a little sceptical at first, as there was limited information from previous reviews before we booked, but we were certainly not disappointed! We were given all the information we needed around check-in, how to get there, parking, checkout, etc. so we knew exactly what to expect before arriving. Great communication and check-in texts during the stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. The location was stunning with a great ocean view from the good-sized balcony and living room windows. It was pretty high up, so not too many other buildings obstructing the view. The rooftop pool and hot tub were lovely with views of the beach from one side and mountain views on the other side. Having full kitchen facilities was convenient, as well as being close to some great places to eat out. The apartment included cookware, tea towels, dish soap, dish cloth, and just generally everything we needed. Beach towels were provided along with all the regular towels and linen.
Unfortunately, a towel rail came down while we were there (screw into plaster was loose when we arrived). Luckily it was on our second-last day do not too much disruption and the host handled it professionally and was very understanding and responsive.
I would definitely recommend this accommodation in Waikiki!
A minor detail – We stayed here with 4 adults and while the main bed was great, reports are that the sofa bed was quite noisy even with very slight movements, but otherwise comfortable to sleep on.
