Accurately described and pictured. Building and room are a little old but most Waikiki condos/hotels are. Lots of light. AC works great! Clean, easy, convenient. Our particular room was larger than the others we passed by. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 small kids. Probably not a good fit for 4 adults as the fold out sofa bed mattress is pretty flimsy.
