Thankfully, we read the guidance beforehand— the garage ceiling is super low, and our 6ft car barely fit. Also, the way the bathroom faucet switches to the shower head is quite unusual, but luckily Midway Service responded very promptly. We really appreciated having someone online even at 10 PM, otherwise, the four of us might not have been able to shower that night. The guidebook was a bit long, and the quality of the toiletries was average.
