Excellent Spot to Stay in Waikiki

Since I’m the first review for this property I will go into details. First, the apartment is jus as pictured, beautiful views from the 36th floor, spotlessly clean, and spaciously comfortable for two people. There is no direct contact with a “host.” However, the managing company is very explicit in its instructions in how to access the parking garage (where there is always parking spaces available), the building and the apartment. The apartment has a sort of iPad on the wall where you can access information and contact them. We did not use the pool and BBQ areas on the 6th floor. Each floor has a laundry room with one washer & one dryer operated with quarters. The apartment has two beach chairs and two beach towels. Also, two sets of towels were provided for our 1-week stay. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, utensils, flatware, set of dishes, and glasses. The knives need sharpening. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is acceptable for a 36th floor.
The location is excellent. Walking distance to Waikiki Beach, bus stops, plenty of restaurants and ABC stores which are ubiquitous (like a 7-11, CVS and gift shop all in one.) BTW you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas all along Waikiki Beach.
Overall, the apartment is a great choice!
