Great clean and comfortable unit in a wonderful area with great amenities! Would stay again!

The description is highly accurate and aligned very well to the pictures. The host provides EXCELLENT communication and instructions and eveything happened as described. Excellent location with easy walking distance to Waikiki beach, restaurants and shops. Comfy king sized bed. Nice lanai with partial ocean view. Paid laundry is literally the next room over, so super convenient. Can get quarters from front desk ($3 wash, $3 dry). Enough hand soap, laundry detergent for one load, mini shampoo and conditioners to get you started, but if you’re staying a week like we did you’ll need to pick up some more. A few coffee pods and sugar/cream packets to get you started, but you’ll want more. There is a convenience store in the lobby area that has all the basics you might need. However, recommend hitting the locaol Foodland or Safeway (5 minute drive away). The free parking was convenient and key. We ended up parking a few floors up close to the elevator doors and there were plenty of spots on floors 3-4-5. Having the car was great for shopping and traveling the island. Without the included parking, it would have been impossible to find street parking. We didn’t hit the rooftop pool and hot tub area, but it looked really nice from our view on the 12th floor.
The elevators were hit and miss. Very busy, so you sometimes had to wait a few minutes. Minor annoyance a few times. The building has some wear on it and unit has a little bit of wear on it. So it doesn’t quite have that brand new feel to it. Still very clean and nice. The inside of the unit felt fresher than the rest of the building.
