Great friendly service from Midway Realty!!! I had a package

Great friendly service from Midway Realty!!! I had a package sent to the Airbnb and tried to send it back home, instead it came to the Airbnb. Michelle and Mike were very helpful with receiving the package and helping me print labels to send the package back. Not something I’d want to do on vacation, yet they made the process so smooth for me! We also needed a permit printed before a hike and Michelle printed it easily!
The thorough description of the Airbnb is exactly what we got. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 4. The condo and decor was relaxed and contemporary and felt like a home away from home.
Pros:
+ free parking with their permit, even in the evening we could find parking when coming back
+ great location in Waikiki, 3 blocks from the beach
+ city views from the condo, side view of Waikiki beach
+ beautiful balcony for 2 to lounge and relax
+ comfy double full sized beds in separate room
+ full kitchen, fridge, microwave, dish washer, cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes
+ close to many restaurants, walking distance
+ friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate our stay
+ beginning set of toiletries, 1 set of bathing and beach towels per person staying, one small bottle of dish soap, 3 rolls of toilet paper
+ laundry conveniently located on every floor, download “pay range” app to use, first load free!
+ beach chairs (2) and mini carry ice cooler for beach use
+ parking security
+ small coffee shop on first floor
+ ac unit, extra standing fan
Cons:
– parking garage is compact and a bit tight
– interior of building a little outdated, yet the inside of the room definitely makes up for it
– shower door is not a full door, more like a 1/2 glass shower door. Water splashes on the bathroom wall and floor. They provide a shower rug towel to keep the floor dry, yet the towel stayed wet our whole stay.
– would have liked 2 sets of bath towels, hand towels and shower rug towel for our 5 day stay
I will def recommend for family and friends to stay here. It was easy, the service was amazing. They are beyond thorough in communication via Airbnb or text. That makes all the difference! We would definitely come back to stay! Thank you for having us!
