Great location and parking space made day trips with a car much easier to do. Very walkable location and close to the beach. Still a good view of the ocean and surfers, though some obstruction from nearby hotels/apartments.
Elevators can get busy, but outside of the “rush hours” mentioned it’s easy to get up and down. Laundry machine located directly on the floor (end of the hallway) was also quick and easy to use.
