Great place at a reasonable price

We stayed at the Pacific Monarch. The location was perfect, not right on the beach but just a few blocks away. There were little stores as well as bigger shopping centers and many places to eat within walking distance. For tours, we were picked up a block away, and we took the public bus from right in front of the building to several different locations.

This was a studio apartment with a bed, sofa bed, dining table, dresser, closet, and everything you could possibly need in a kitchen without a stove/oven. I even made a smoothie one day with the blender in the cabinet. Cleaning supplies were all there for us to use as it was a 2 week stay. Laundry facilities were available in the building. The view was incredible. We enjoyed using the rooftop hot tub and swimming pool. Parking was available for a fee which we used the last two days of our stay. After checkout, we used the Hospitality Lounge on the roof as our flight didn’t leave until 7pm.

The only complaint we had was the street noise including voices and sirens, but you get that in any city. We just live in the country so aren’t used to it.

For all that was here, there was no comparison to what we could get at a hotel for that price. I’m not even sure we could find a room for this rate. Thank you for making our vacation great!
