Great property, fantastic location!

My wife and I really enjoyed this apartment. The living room/bedroom area were recently updated/renovated, while the remainder was decently maintained.

The bed was very, very comfortable and soft, which we really appreciated. Free internet was very fast, with all major channels for TV programming. The kitchenette had a full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc… fully equipped. Laundry room was right across the hall (coin operated, vending machine on ground floor for coins).

While you don’t have a direct view of the beach, the views were fantastic, with the living room looking to the north (beautiful), and the kitchen having a mostly unobstructed view of Diamond Head (looks east). The apartment was quiet as well (I wake up easily).

There was ample free, unassigned parking which was very convenient for a rental car.

Some very minor, non issue quibbles would be that the water pressure in the shower was a little weak (but very adequate), the curtains didn’t completely close in many areas (the draw string mechanism didn’t work properly in the living room), and the air conditioner is a self contained unit which was a touch loud, but expected for the type of unit (not unusually loud).

Overall, a very nice property and would definitely recommend!
